The sunset at Hatsu Itonami is always beautiful. The city was bathed in golden ray as the sun sank into the horizon. One could not help but to appreciate the beauty of man-made forest of bricks and stones as the city was blanketed with warmth of the setting sun. There's no other place to indulge the magnificent view than from the top of the Momentum Tower.
However, Leon wasn't there to enjoy the tranquillity. He sat on the highest balcony, his legs into his chest while wrapping his arm around them. He looked awfully glooming, locked in a thousand mile stare. He has already long stopped crying, but it seemed that he couldn't get over losing a very valuable yet simple thing to a nasty stranger.
Leon sighed. It seemed that his life had no more value. He's the worse of the worse, the lowest among his rank. He couldn't even retrieve something most dear for him after it was forcefully taken from him. Perhaps the world will be better without him?
Despair lead people to some of the most foolish decisions...

Tsu're had gone to Ookami to meet up with a few of the 'recruits' Akio had found. Akio, you're such an idiot... He decided not to do this. Instead, something called him towards the momentum tower. Last time Tsu're had a gut feeling, he had found perhaps the strongest addition to the trio, Akio. This time, he felt like this was a future member too. He took the elevator to the top and then took the last flight of stairs to the top of the tower.
He shielded his eyes for a split second from the evening sun. His eyes adjusted and he found a figure with it's head in it's knees. He walked towards the person.
"Something tells me you didn't come up here to enjoy the sunset. Why don't you stand up? This isn't really the greatest place for meditation and self reflection." Tsu're stared down on him, he didn't talk much but when he did it had a strange tone that could probably convince anyone to do anything. It wasn't seducive, nor was it persuasive. It seemed as if it may be Tsu're himself.
Tsu're offered the person a hand up. "My name's Tsu're, by the way."

Okay, Kairi was normally clumsy, but it surprised her still, every time she managed to fall. This time was no different. She had had planned on originally just looking at the night sky once the sun had set, but, on the last step, she fell, just as she had opened the door.
This resulted in her careening forward, letting out a yelp, before flailing her arms and trying to stay a foot. Of course, when she flailed her arms, she started to tip backwards.
Letting out a loud "Eep!", she finally fell, wincing as she hit the concrete.
It was silent, too silent, and she felt stares. She turned her head very slowly to see two men staring at her. She blinked.
Then, in under a minute, she was on her feet, bowing and apologizing profusely. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to, I mean, I didn't know there was anyone up here, and-"
Kairi stopped her babbling, and gave them both a small smile. "I'm sorry. I came up to here see the stars, and, I didn't know there was anyone else here."

Leon popped his head, turning to the sound of the voice. It was some unknown stranger, somehow stumbled to the place of his moping. There was an aura of superiority around the person who introduced himself as Tsu're. But Leon was too soaked in his own sadness to feel or notice that. Leon looked at Tsu're with weary eyes and let out a sigh.
"The name is Leon," Leon said with wavering voice before turning back forward, ignoring both the remark and the offered hand. Strangers didn't knew his problem, or if they do, care for it. They'll probably take his story with a pinch of salt. Or worse, they'll laugh it off and start saying nasty things. No, he wouldn't want to do that.
It's better to keep things to himself. Just when he wanted to lose himself in his thought, there was a yelp and a thud, causing him to turn on the direction. It was a girl, a clumsy girl to be exact, and she just fell down on the concrete floor. Normally, the cheerful Leon would chuckle during such blunder. But not today. Leon wasn't being himself.
He let out a deep sigh, before turning his face back to the gold-blanketed Hatsu Itonami.

Tsu're didn't seem to react to Leon's ignoring him. He turned around to see the girl fall, blinked, then looked back at Leon. "It seems that even the sun is moving away from you, Leon." Tsu're sat next to him and stared at the sun. "Sad. Or pathetic, I'm not quite sure which." He said this in such a strange tone of voice that it almost seemed to be a joke. But since it was Tsu're it was not.
"I apologyze if I offend, but it seems you don't really mind right now. Something bad happened to you recently, didn't it Leon? Nothing I could say would make you feel better because you've sheltered yourself away from me." Still Tsu're stared at the sky. "What use has a shelter if its doors are locked?"

Kairi cocked her head to the side, noticing the one that was sitting down seemed a little sad.
She gently walked over and plopped down on the side of him unoccupied, ruffling his hair comfortingly. "It'll be okay. I don't know what your problem is, but it'll be okay."
She nodded to the one on the opposite side, smiling at him, before turning her attention back to the one she was sitting beside. "My name is Kairi Valor by the way. I'm pretty clumsy, as you can see."
She kicked her feet back and forth, merrily humming a soft tune. She still had a hand on the boy's head, a gesture meant to comfort.

"....."
Leon stayed silent. He intended to gain some inner peace when he came to the top of the tower, but with no luck. It seemed that the more he thought of the moment, the more it pains his aching soul. He thought that solidarity might made him forget the problem. Obviously, he was wrong.
Out of nowhere, a hand ruffled his hair. Surprised as he was, he just let her do so, as no harm was done except that his hair was messed up. He continue looking forward, trying to ignore the two of them.
But people had came and offered him help, how can he refuse? The sun sank deeper, and soon the first star appeared on the sky. But it wasn't night yet. That was the time where people say twilight, he thought. He turned to Tsu're, and then to Kairi, then he let out a deep breath.
"If I tell you, promise that you wouldn't laugh, okay?" Leon mumbled. He looked down, hoping that they'll say no so that he wouldn't fell guilty rejecting their help.

"I won't laugh even if you don't tell me." It was true, Tsu're wasn't the laughing type. He hated warm moments, cold moments, inspiring moments, he apparantly just hated moments in themselves. Life was a distraction from true thought, but without life thought can not be achieved. Quite the conondrum. Tsu're stared at Leon. "Go ahead and say what you need to kid. Get it off your chest." Tsu're then stared back at the sky. He didn't seem to be paying attention, but then again he never really did.

Kairi smoothed out his hair, giving his head one last pat. "No. Sadness isn't something to laugh at. Now, me being clumsy, on the otherhand, is something to laugh at."
She was smiling, and moving her head to a rhythm only she could hear. She watched as the night overtook the day, and, without thinking about what she was saying, softly said, "You tell me and, uh, the man I don't know over there." She smiled sheepishly to the one opposite her. "Your problem, and I'll tell you one of mine. Sound like a deal?"
She looked at the sky again. It brought her comfort, and she needed to share that comfort with the one who was sad, so, beofre he could speak, she laid her hand back on his head, giving him as much comfort as she could.

Keisko was going up the Momentum Tower to watch the night turn dark blue but ended up finding 3 people sitting and watching it in her spot already. Curious she lingered silently in the shadows listening to the conversation.

"I...." Leon hesitated, thinking that it might be a waste of time telling them his problem. But then again, he had nothing to lose. He turned to Kairi, and then to Tsu're. Both of them appeared to be staring at the sky. He blinked several time, before letting a deep sigh.
"Yesterday, some freak jump into the line and took the last ticket for the last day of a movie I wanted to see very, very, very much," Leon said with a low voice . "We had a duel to settle things off, and I- *sobs*" Leon choked, having a hard time to finish his sentence.
"*sniff*I lost the duel and *sobs* the ticket! Waaaaaa!!" Leon finished his words before crying like a child. He buried his head onto his knees, trying to muffle the sound of his crying while hiding his face from the others.

Without hesitation, Kairi ruffled his hair gently, before pulling him into a soft hug. "Sometimes the smallest things mean the most."
Kairi was still smiling and looking at the sky. She glanced towards the guy opposite her, and gave him a sheepish smile, still not knowing his name, having missed it upon her, uh, entrance.
She patted his hair before she let him go, turning to wipe away some tears with her hands. She looked at the sky for a moment. "You were right to fight for the ticket." And from somewhere in her memory, she recited, "Losing is winning."
She ruffled his hair, not sure if she was helping or not. "And if the Duel hadn't turned out like it had, you probably wouldn't have met me, or." She smiled sheepishly at the man across from her again. "Or him."

Tsu're simply tapped one finger to the side of his leg. "A movie ticket? I'm not sure if that amounts to much of a loss...I suppose if you have the patience for it you could wait for it to be released." Tsu're didn't see this as a problem. Then again, time had never been an issue of Tsu're's. Tsu're didn't have enough time to do the things he wanted, so waiting a few weeks months or even years was no real problem for him.
"Though if you'd like to be a better duelist, I'd suggest you follow me." Tsu're turned around and began to walk back to the stairs. "If you want revenge, that is. If not, enjoy the sunset." Tsu're stared at Leon, awaiting a response. "I can tell you that in the right hands, a double-sided sword doesn't sting. Believe me when I say that revenge is the greatest relief. If anything you can get your money back." Tsu're nodded, thinking he knew the kid's answer would be 'no', and began walking towards the elevator.

Keisko pressed herself against the wall, in the shadows, hoping not to get seen by this strange man heading towards the elevators. Although she thought she might have already been spotted. She had heard the 3 people talking and heard why the kid was sad. Honestly it was slightly ridiculous in her eyes. She didn't want to seem mean but to her it was. But she thought that it might not be to someone so young and naive such as most of the generation below her. The girl that was sitting with the kid seemed to be helping him while the man that was coming her way proposed something more interesting and if she was the kid, she would have followed him in an instant. The man intrigued her... He had a certain lithe to him that sparked Keisko's interest.
She remained in the shadows hoping she hadn't been spotted.

Leon wept his heart out. There was no point of holding back since his story had been told. Tears poured from the hazel brown eyes down his cheeks. He felt embarrassed for crying out loud in public, but felt somewhat relieved for letting it out.
Leon was too soaked in his sadness to resist the girl from ruffling his head. Out of the blue, the girl gave him a soft hug, which indeed surprised him. His cries slowly reduced into inaudible sobs and sniff. Somehow, the girl's act of kindness greatly comforted him.
He had his head patted by the girl and his tears wiped by her hand. As she turned back towards the sky, there was a shade of pink on Leon's face; partly caused by the crying and another for being comforted by a person of opposite gender.
He had stopped crying, only the sobbing and sniffing was left. He then turned to Tsu're, hinting Leon to follow him. Revenge. It sounded like a sweet word. There's nothing more satisfying than carrying out your vengeance. Then again, he wanted to hang out with the person who brought comfort to him, hoping to know more about her.
Leon turned to Kairi, hoping that she'll go against throwing vendetta so that he will have a reason to say no.
