(OOC: Sounds great! ^^ Wish i could actually contribute to the clothing, but it's probably best that I keep my distance. Fashion seems to have it out for me. *glances over her shoulder paranoid-ly*)
Tekka grinned and darted forward to stand beside her friend. She quickly snatched up the outfit and bundled both it and Kairi into the nearest dressing room. "No point in just drooling over it, eh?" She called over, laughter evident in her voice.
She decided to poke around the store a bit more, it seemed to have a rack of shirts dedicated to insults and random phrases. She plucked one out at random.
It had a picture of a pinata on the front and underneath was the phrase, "I'd hit that." Tekka let out a giggle and placed it back in the rack as she waited for her best friend to appear from the dressing room.

Kairi stared and stared at herself in the mirror in the dressing room. With her too pale complexion, from the English side of her family, the black made her facial features pop.
She thought that, with some makeup, she could really do some damage with the outfit.
She did one more twirl before she took a deep breath, unlatched the door, and stepped out. She did a quick twirl, smiling shyly at Tekka. "So....What do you think?"
(OOC: *laughs, then hugs her paranoid friend* Trust me, normally I suck too. But I have my moments..... *evil twinkle*)

(OOC: I sincerely think I missed the fashionable part of the feminine gene. I'm never even fashionably late for the love of Steve! *rolls eyes* Though I hope Tek's input actually makes sense. ^^")
Tekka clapped happily as Kairi twirled out the door. "Great! Absolutely wonderful!" Tekka tapped her chin, "But it needs... something sparkly, like jewelry, to brighten it up just a smidgen." She held her fingers about a centimeter apart to show how much.
It did look great after all. There was no doubt that it would impress Dante, but it couldn't hurt to go the extra mile, could it? Of course not!

As Tekka clapped for her, Kairi blushed, but smiled much more sincerely. At the mention of jewelery, Kairi nodded. "Sounds like a good idea. We can both get a little something."
Kairi walked back into the dressing room, changed into her original outfit, and, linking arms with her friend, she walked them to the cash register and the woman behind it.
Kairi put the clothes she'd bought in Tekka's bag, since one bag would be easier to carry than two. As Kairi walked beside Tekka, she searched for a jewelery store, one that caught her eye, but she couldn't find one.
She looked to Tekka sheepishly. "I'll let you find the jewelery store. Don't worry about money, we'll just see what they got first."

Tekka gave a quick salute and charged off, ducking between the various shoppers in order to pass through faster. If she was right, then the support beam was in this direct-
She skidded to a halt and veered off to the left. If there was one thing she had learned it was that she couldn't trust her sense of direction, besides, she had just spotted the big beam.
She scampered up the pole and gripped it tightly with her legs. Peering off into the vast reaches of the mall, she let out a squeal and slid down. She pelted back in the direction she had come, surprised to see that her sense of direction had actually found her her way back.
Sliding to a standstill Tekka pointed off to the back-right of the south half of the mall. She then snapped to attention in her best army salute. "Ma'am! There's Black Pendant Jewelers off that way!"

Kairi watched Tekka in blunt amusement, but turned serious when Tekka saluted her. She saluted right back, standing tall. "Good report, soldier. Now.....To the Black Pendant Jewelers!"
Giggling, and relaxing, Kairi took Tekka's arm in hers again, and made her way towards where Tekka had directed her. It didn't take them long to arrive.....Or for Kairi to drag Tekka at a very fast pace into the store, her smile growing.
The place sparkled and shimmered with the wonderful jewelery. Some was small, some was large. Some was cheap, some was not. The only issue: Kairi and Tekka didn't look rich, so they got weary stares from the jewelers.
Kairi didn't really seem to notice the stares though, as she walked with Tekka down a few aisles of cased jewelery.
Kairi shook her head gently, and looked at Tekka. "We'll start with you. Pick whatever catches your eye, and don't worry bout the price, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it." Giving her a friend a small push away from her, Kairi smiled and motioned for Tekka to go forwards. "I'll wait right here."

Tekka was tugged into the store laughing all the way. The laughter only quieted as stares were directed their way. High class or not, they really lacked manners for staring... not that Tekka would know.
At Kairi's command Tekka shook her head. "It'd make more sense for you to go first, you have to pick out something to go with that outfit after all." She gave a smile. "Or we could look around together and bug the shopkeepers to hell and back."

Kairi seemed to be in deep thought, before, smiling and shaking her head. "I have something that will go with your outfit, I didn't bring it." Kairi pouts. "But I'll give it to you, and you can have it. It's an old piece of jewelery, but I assure you, it's beautiful."
Kairi looked around the store, before seeing something sparkly (well, more sparkly then rest!) encased. Like he was a policeman, the jewelery behind the casement where Kairi was looking scooted closer. When she looked up, he appeared to be examining the jewelery. Kairi turned a confused look to Tekka.
Shrugging, she looked back at the piece of small (Yay, cheap!) jewelery. It was a butterfly necklace. The chain was silver, and the butterfly was black, with dark blue and silver patches in the wings. She liked it, and it went well with her outfit.
Waving Tekka over, she pointed. "So, what about that? I like butterflies, and it matches my outfit."

Tekka blinked, "Really? You don't have to..." She rubbed the back of her neck. "I already feel sorta guilty, you've paid for everything so far and now you're giving me a necklace?" She gave a small laugh. "I just feel a little guilty is all, like I'm imposing or something."
Tekka moved over to the case Kairi was pointing at and pressed up against the glass. "Yeah! That'd look great!" She gave a smile and high-fived her friend. "It's so pretty, it's perfect for you!" She gave a small laugh and waved over a shopkeeper.
She looked at Kairi, "I got this one, kay?" She handed over the money, gave conflicting directions to the person packaging it, finally received the felt box, and gave the now-boxed necklace to her friend. "Ta-da!"
It was at this point that the blond noticed the man looking at jewelry in the next case over. She cocked her head to the side and peered at him, as if gauging if he would miss his wallet or not.

Kairi smiled softly at her friend. "Your not imposing! I love to do this for people, especially friends."
Kairi high fived Tekka back, and before she could protest, her friend had already paid for the necklace, had it wrapped, and was handing it to her. Kairi ruffled Tekka's hair. "Thank you, Sai-chan!"
As if sensing where her friend's action was going to be, Kairi stifled her giggles. She placed an arm around Tekka's neck gently, and dragged her from the shop, saying, "I think that man would miss his wallet very much, Sai-chan."
Kairi was teasing of course. Releasing her best friend, Kairi placed the small box in the bag of clothes, and turned to Tekka. "Well, Sai-chan, where to next? I think we might be done shopping. We could probably go to the food court, or take our stuff home and meet up." Kairi gestured with her hands wildly. "Somewhere."

Tekka bowed deeply and swept off her hat like a gentleman. "My pleasure Kai-chan!" She got back to her regular height and placed her hat back on. It was the fedora still just because the top-hat (As awesome as it was) seemed a bit fancy for right now.
Tekka pouted as she was dragged out of the store and away from a potentially wealthy target. "Are you sure he would miss it?" She asked jokingly, "I dunno, his pockets looked heavy, I'm sure he wouldn't mind them to be lightened a little." A mischievous but not necessarily evil grin spread across her face.
At the mention of the food-court, Tekka remembered the entire other half of the mall. The amusement park side. Not to mention she was getting hungry. "Let's grab a bite and check out some of the fun spots on the north side. I hear the view from the sky-bridge walkway is great!" She gave another smile and swung the bag slightly.

Kairi laughed, and linked an arm around Tekka's shoulder to steer her away from the jewelery store. "Yes, I'm sure he would miss it."
At the mention of food, Kairi's stomach let out a pitiful grumble that sounded suspiciously like 'feed me'. She rubbed the back of her head, embarrassed. "Food sounds great."
Kairi perked up. "Sky bridge?" Her eyes practically glowed. "Oh, I've heard of that, and never gone, but I've always wanted to! I think it sounds great. We should probably go more towards night, so we can see the stars from there. Besides, it's already at least 4 or 5 in the evening, right?"

Tekka's own stomach let out a long drawn out rumble, sounding like a wail one would make when close to death. She poked her stomach. "Stop being so dramatic. Food's coming." There was a softer grumble before the stomach quieted.
Hearing her friend suggest looking out the bridge at night, the Tora cheered. "That'll look incredible! I can't wait!" Tekka gave a whoop and danced a little before pausing mid-step. She turned to Kairi. "Uh... Which way is north?" She asked sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head.

Kairi made a dramatic gesture with her hand over her heart. "Oh woe is the life of a stomach."
Kairi tried to mimic Tekka and dance, but she ended up stumbling over her own feet, and falling flat onto her chest. Letting out a large breath of air, and coughing a few times, Kairi looked up and saw the sign of a burger, smiling, she jumped up.
"I found it, I found it!" Ignoring the looks of concerned passerbys, Kairi grabbed Tekka's arm in her own, and took off in the direction she saw the sign, her smile wide and bright.

Tekka started towards Kairi to help her up but the older girl had already gotten to her feet and grabbed Tekka's arm. Tekka grinned at the thought of food. "Fooooooooooood!!!" She yelled, charging off with Kairi towards the delicious snackery.
It wasn't too long before the girls skidded to a halt in the food court of Cyber Twin Central. Tekka threw up her arms and fell to her knees. "We made it! Salvation is at hand, wrapped in greasy fast-food wax paper!"
