Caitlyn smirked, waiting for Rex at the entrance of the Allure of Darkness. She was feeling a little under-dressed in her t-shirt and jeans, but that was okay. At least she was wearing a nicer pair of jeans than she usually did. She leaned against the outer wall, wearing a slight smile on her face. "Come on, Rex, I promise this'll be fun," she said, beckoning to him. She wanted to see how this seemingly old-fashioned young man would react to being dragged into a club that showed off everything naughty of modern culture.

Flashing lights, pulsating music, and rather... oddly dressed patrons. Compared to herself, completly covered in head to toe, Rex looked like a nun.
"Uhh... Miss Masters, are you sure we're supposed to be here?" Rex seemed rather more skiddish and uncomfortable then usual, turning over her shoulder every few steps, as though she were expecting to be mugged.
She seemed skeptical of Caitlyn's claims, however nevertheless followed her, cause that's just what friends do. "Okay... uhh... now what?"

Caitlyn winked at Rex, reaching down and tying her shirt in a knot at her waist. "I'm completely sure." She said, reaching back and taking both of his hands. She pulled him into the club, laughing as she watched him look over his shoulder every few moments. "Oh, don't worry, you'll be safe with me." She teased.
Once she got Rex into the Allure, she looked around. "Would you rather dance for a while or grab a table?"

(OOC: I assume the "tying her shirt" line refers to Caitlyn, as Rex seems to be refered to as a "he" in the rest of the post. If this is incorrect, please let me know. ^_^)
The dimly lit night club caused Rex's eyes to strain. Amidst the flashing, neon lights lights and the loud, almost deafening upbeat dance music she struggled to keep up with Caitlyn, thankful she had the foresight to grab the girl's hand before they entered the estbalishment.
Not wanting Caitlyn to feel alone, and possibly to compensate for the heat of scores of people so close together in a small room, their emanant body heat radiating outward, Rex also removed her top most jacket, revealing only a long sleeved dress shirt, and her tie. Not wanting to tie it around her waist, she merely bent her left arm and let the top portion of her suit hand there.
Rex looked at Caitlyn, her mouth had clearly moved, but all she heard was the pulsing beat of the music. "WHAT!?!" Rex yelled, as loudly as she could, putting a cupped hand to her ears, like a senior citizen with lowered hearing ability would do to try to listen to what her granddaughter was saying.

[OOC: Yeah, it refers to Caitlyn.]
Caitlyn squeezed Rex's hand, making sure to hold on to him tightly as she led him around the edge of the dance floor. She glanced back and gave him a sly smile as he slid off his jacket, letting her eyes take him in without it. There was something almost...feminine to his body shape.
She giggled as she watched Rex lean in to hear her speak, and kept pulling him along. Finally, they got to a corner, and she leaned right into his ear. "Do you want to get a table?" She didn't shout, simply talking at a relatively normal volume. She figured that getting closer would help him hear her even over the loud music.

Caitlyn continued tugging Rex along, until finally they had arrived at a more secluded spot, away from the majority of all the insanity.
Caitlyn offered Rex a question. "A... table?" Rex blinked. "Are we eating here?" Judging by the look on her face, that idea didn't particularly appeal to her. "If you wish to get a table, I do not believe I could really object."

Caitlyn shook her head. "Unless your idea of 'eating' involves alcohol, no. Just to sit down." She smiled slightly. "The tables are up there," she pointed to the second floor. "There's still music and such, but it isn't as loud." She had, of course, recognized Rex's look of dislike. She wouldn't want to eat here either.

"Uhh... sure." Rex nodded, once again gripping onto Caitlyn's hand. She didn't particularly know what was meant to be so fun about sitting around with music playing and possibly getting drunk, but if this is what Caitlyn enjoyed doing she'd follow along, if it meant a new friend.
Assuming she was lead up there, Rex placed her jacket hastily on the back of her seat. She then walked over to the seat opposite of her, holding it out for her.

Caitlyn looked back as she led Rex upstairs. "I usually do one of two things when I'm here. One, dance, or two, give Tarot readings." She winked. "People from all over come to the Allure, and sometimes I end up with more clients here than when I set up in neutral territory." She brought Rex over to a table different from the one where she usually sat, since she didn't want people who knew of her as a fortuneteller to bother them while they were together. She was a little surprised when Rex raced over to pull out a chair for her, but she sat down when he did.

She pushed the chair forward for her, always the type to want to be a gentleman. "Hmm..." a coy smile on Rex's face. "Ah, so that's why you invited me here then is it? Well, go ahead."
She leaned back slightly in her chair crossing her hands across her chest. "You want to tell my fortune, don't you?" Despite not believing much in fortune telling, she still thought it cute that Caitlyn wished to involve her in her activities.

Caitlyn looked rather taken aback. "Not at all." She shook her head. "Well, I wasn't planning on it..." She gave him a little smile. "I just didn't want you to think that the only reason I came here was to hook up with pretty boys." She winked at him, then reached down and slid her Tarot cards out of her bag. "However, if you're willing to let me...yes, I will give you a reading."

Rex raised an eyebrow, perhaps a little bit of her wanting to intake in random girl talk for a bit. She straightened her tie and sat up a bit straighter.
"I hope you don't mind me asking, but before we get into the fortune telling, what kind of pretty boys are you in to?" Had she known Caitlyn was actually kind of smitten with her, Rex would have probably avoided flirty sounding lines like the above, especially since she wasn't even attracted to females in such a way.
Rex gently tossed her own hair a little, smiling at Caitlyn.

Caitlyn smirked. Here was a lovely opportunity to flirt a little with Rex. "Mostly the kind that like to hold doors and pull out chairs...the ones that show me chivalry isn't dead." She wondered if he would pick up on it. Then again, it seemed almost as if he was flirting a little with her, so maybe...
Of course, she had no idea that Rex was a girl, so she assumed that he was flirting with her.

She smiled at Caitlyn's words. "Hmm, that's rather-" she stopped, almost as if coming to a grim realization. Her face cheek became highlighted in pink as she seemed to catch on to what Caitlyn was implying.
"Uhh... so, how about that whole fortune telling thing then?" a nervous laugh as she tried to hide her uncomfortableness.

Caitlyn giggled as she watched Rex slowly catch on to what she was saying. "Alright." She said. She pulled out her Tarot deck. The backs of the cards were elaborately decorated with a swirling pattern that was mirrored up and down, so it was impossible to tell from the back if the cards were right-side-up or upside-down. She passed the cards over to Rex.
"You have to shuffle them...shuffle card over card, then cut the deck in three and stack it bottom, middle, top," she explained gently. "Do you want a complex reading or a simple one?"
