She wasn't exactly sure why she was up here. She was cold, hungry and bored with one of the few cigarettes she on her person slowly running out. Why she was sitting on the roof of the school ... she didn't know, and why one of her trademark musical instruments wasn't with her either. She just had kinda gone where her feet had taken her ... and was regretting it ...

Aiden glanced around the interior of the school building. The year had started already, but it was a weekend and no one was around so Aiden deemed it to be a good time to investigate. He had passed by here a few times, but never once had he gone in, and if this was where he met Eva, and where his... child would go to when they got old enough then it was probably a good idea to poke around a little.
Suddenly he was struck by the desire to go onto the roof, it seemed like a feasible enough idea so the Ookami started climbing the stairs that would lead him to the roof of the building. The school wasn't too tall a building, so it wasn't like he was in any real danger. He opened the door and his nose was assaulted with the same scent as at the soccer field. Oh god, not XAVE again. His guard was up now.
To his surprise, it wasn't Xavier, but a much more familiar (and friendly, if memory served) face. "Xi?" He said, relaxing his guard.

Her head snapped up at the sound of the voice, her throat immediately becoming dry at the thought of him being a few feet away from her. He was the last person she wanted to see ... at all for the rest of her life. A hole in her heart was left by the damage that he had caused and she sure as hell wouldn't willingly be around him. Slowly and subconsciously her arms were pulled almost comfortingly to her body. "You weren't going to tell me ... were you?" she muttered, slowly finding her voice for a few seconds.
"Get away from me"
It rung out loud and clear between the two of them, her pure and utter hatred sticking out in her tone. Hopefully he'd just get the message and leave her the damn well alone ...

Aiden's eyes widened slightly in surprise. "Tell you what? Xi..?" Okay, she was starting to worry him, and he wasn't too sure what she was freaking out about... Although he did have a theory or two... But he wasn't about to just leave her here like this. He decided to venture forward. "Xi, what's wrong with you?" He just hoped it was something he could fix. Seeing her like this hurt him, honestly.

"And stop calling me that!"
Xi was a nickname for her friends and those she considered family ... something the he used to be but now ... she hated him. She couldn't look at his face because she was pretty sure that the sight would make her feel even worse about herself. Half of her wondered if it was a childish naivety, that she had just convinced herself to believe it.
She could stand the innocence in his voice either, they both knew what she was talking about ... wither he realised it or not. "When we're you going to tell me about you and her. Or did I not fit into your perfect little equation?" she spat back, pure venom ringing out in her voice.

Oh... he had nailed it... It wasn't that he didn't like Xion, but she was... a sister, maybe? Aiden was still trying to figure everything out, and maybe it would be better for him to say all of this out loud than just in his head. "Well excuse me, princess." He said. "But it's not like I have it all figured out either. My 'perfect little equation' wasn't exactly planned." It had all just... happened.
"I thought nothing would have come of it, so I'm sorry for thinking you didn't need to hear all the details of something I wasn't sure would even be thought about the next day." He was a guy and an amnesiac, there was absolutely no way he wasn't going to fuck up in some way or another.

"Princess!? Please if anyone's a f*cking princess here it's you!" she replied, crossing her arms over after stubbing the cigarette out on the side of the building. She wasn't even exactly sure why she had said that ... she was just angry she supposed.
"No ... but would it have killed for you to phone me and tell me! Instead of me looking like a fool infront of Eva!? No! It wouldn't have!" she replied, raising her voice a fraction. If he turned around and said that he didn't have her number she could always come back with he could have found a phone book. After all ... how many Taylor's were there around here?

Aiden raised two fingers. "Okay, I know neither your number, nor your last name, I couldn't have called at all! And I THOUGHT nothing would come of it already, jesus titty-fucking christ..." He rubbed his head trying to calm down while the tiny and somewhat bloodthirsty inner-voice was screaming at him to smash her break her make her learn her place she can't talk to you like that like she knows you and the like. He shoved it to the back of his head. "I'm SORRY, alright!? What else do you want me to say?" He barely knew Xion, he barely knew Eva, he barely knew Matsu (all of which were unfortunate, but Eva especially so). How was he supposed to know what they would think was important information? How could they expect him to remember everything necessary for dealing with them when he had barely seen them since getting out of the hospital?

"It's a rather unique first name" she muttered "I doubt most people have a name that begins. Besides ... quite a lot of people know me, or have heard of me at least" she continued. It wasn't exactly like she would shy away from a public crowd, infact she loved the spotlight more then anything.
There was a slight glance at him before standing up after his apology. Slowly she moved towards him just till she was standing right infront of him. Quickly there was a move of her hand, the aim being for it to smack right across his face. "Let me do that a few more times and I might actually consider forgiving you"

Aiden flinched at the smack. Damn that stung... At least she hadn't felt fit to break his nose, from how much Xavier had reacted, that was WAY more painful. He could handle getting more smacked around if it meant that he could salvage some part of his friendship with Xion. "...Go ahead." He decided to say, readying himself for a few more blows.

"That's not the point though is it?!" she shouted "You just don't get it ... do you?" she added, her eyes narrowing into a glare, tears brimming at the edges. She didn't want to talk to him! She just wanted to be on her own right now ...
Slowly her fists uncurled as she moved to sit back down, reaching into the pocket of the abandoned jacket and pulling out a cigarette and lighting it up. The smoke pooled from her mouth before she shot the man a half glance. "You were right ... I never was an angel, just a sparrow"

Aiden gave her a blank look. "...Yeah... I'm not all that sure what you mean by that one..." He decided to say, deeming it safe enough to sit down a little ways away from her. If she hadn't taken the opportunity to punch him, then he was most likely safe... Though Xion tended to prove his initial thoughts wrong on a regular basis. He wasn't about to push his luck by sitting right next to her.
Damn, women were confusing...

"No ... of course you wouldn't" came the reply, in a soft yet not hurtful tone. She hadn't got used to that yet ... that his memories weren't the same as hers and it still hurt her. Probably not as much as it hurt him, after all, he was the one that couldn't remember but ...
"A lot of our conversations some how involved birds." It was a completely random statement but ... it was true.

"I think that's the first straight answer I've heard in two weeks..." Because he had the feeling that everyone was dodging, avoiding certain topics around him. What had he been like before the fall? No one had really given him what he was sure was an entirely honest answer. It was only a gut feeling, but it was all he had to go on...

"Well I'm glad it was from me then" she replied, her anger subsiding slightly. Forgiven, no. Tolerated, yes ... maybe. Aiden was always the only one she could have a good conversation with ... she wasn't going to change that because their relationship wasn't as good as it normally was.
"What's wrong with you then?"
