A shrug. "Aside from the whole..." He gestured to his head before lowering his hand. "Not much, really." He was reluctant to bring up Eva again around Xion, besides, he doubted she needed reminding of it anyhow. "Yerself? I broke Xave's nose, sorry if he bitched ta ya 'bout it."

"Meh he didn't seem to give to much of a damn about it. I'm surprised Leena didn't kill him though, he's not supposed to be fighting" she muttered, taking another drag before stubbing the cigarette out. "You may not think much of him, but he's an angel, a true one this time" she added, her voice sounding a lot stronger then before. It was true though ... to her Xavier Heart would always be an angel, plain and simple. He'd gotten her out of some tough scrapes in the past and no matter how much they bickered she knew he had her back. "He's going to be so fucking smug" came another mutter, one which she was sure only she could hear.
"As for me. Interesting actually ... found out I have a half brother. He hates my Dad and therefore me and I'm not particularly to fond of him either" she added, reaching into her pocket and pulling out another cigarette and lighter ... she didn't care about the effect it would have, she just needed a damn smoke.

"Ouch..." Aiden said. What else was there to say? He was pretty damn sure he didn't know what having a brother felt like, and especially sure that he didn't know how having a brother HATE you would feel... "That's gotta suck."
And thus, a brilliant understatement he was almost positive Xion could throw back in his face if she wanted to. He was still kinda treading on eggshells around her, he really didn't want his brains smashed on the sidewalk.

"Not really ... I hate him too" she replied with a small shrug. He was ... stupid. That was the only word that she could think to describe Vincent ... he was just strange. "It an interesting experience living with him" she added, the raw sarcasm dripping in her tone. She didn't care for the man ... she just wanted him to go rot in whatever hole he came from ...

"Interesting... sounds like someone found cockroaches in their cornflakes..." If both of the... Taylors, he supposed he could call them that until he figured out her brother's last name, hated each other then it seemed like a plausible enough situation to him. Not that he would really know, despite how much he wished he did.

There was a snort of laughter at that. "We're Taylor's ... if we're going to fight it has to be sneaky" she replied, shrugging slightly "You don't 'fight' in the open, it's stupid and foolish" she added. It was true, to win the game you shouldn't reveal all your cards till the last second. You couldn't do it in public ... your reputation and pride was stronger then that ...

Aiden quirked a brow. "Seems like a way to just breed more distrust. At least after a good brawl the air's clearer." Sneaky probably just wasn't his forte, but it just... felt like it'd be too paranoid a way to go about with people around. Always suspecting them of preparing something or doing something behind your back...
Why did that feeling sound so eerily familiar? Unwanted, but familiar all the same. He had a feeling there was a reason for that that he simply didn't remember. And that bugged him. A lot. "...You ever get the feeling that people have been lying to you, and you have no way to prove it?" He decided to ask Xi, after all, she seemed the most likely to give him a straight answer. And they seemed like they were on much better terms than at the beginning of their conversation on the roof.

"Not like I care ... I don't want him to trust me" she replied "Besides ... I'm not meeting my death at the hands of some scissors" she added, telling the exact truth with that. He had an stupid obsession with fricking scissors ... though she had to admit, it was fun to see him fail when he had tried to stab Xavier through the arm with them. A light smile graced her face at the memory, one which some would consider insane yet she saw as a fond one.
"Pfft. All the time" she replied, tapping the ash of her cigarette out onto the roof of the building before wrapping her arms round her legs. She wasn't going to tell him anything ... sure she could get back at a few people with it but she wasn't that much of a bitch. Or at least she didn't like to think she was ...

"How do you get them to tell you the truth?" He didn't bother correcting Xion about the 'clearing the air' thing. It wasn't a trust thing, it was more of an 'everything's out in the open now, let's figure it all the fuck out' sort of thing. "You just seem like you can get people to tell you things, is all..." He added, not sure if that would help his case or not, but how could it hurt? Really?

"Darling, I have more influence then you know" she replied calmly "You have to know what buttons to push to get what you want from people. And there was you implying my way of fighting was silly~!" she laughed, tapping out some of the ash onto the roof.

Aiden chuckled. "I never said 'Silly.'" He replied. "But how do you tell what the buttons are?" He doubted they'd be labeled, life was never that easy.
