"Me either," the Ookami replied sheepishly. She turned, looking around the room they were in for a moment before continuing. They had just "broken in" to the manor house, so they might as well find something entertaining insde. "Well, there's probably a lot of stuff to see in this place," Yukiko observed thoughtfully. "Let's look around and see what we find."

'Sounds lovely, would you like to lead the way? I can if you would like, but I'm sure we'd get horribly lost.' He scribbled down, a sheepish smiley face following the words. Karter let Yuki read the message and then flipped pages. His clumsy writing took up far too much space and while he was sure the pad had enough paper he disliked wasting.

"I'm not sure we'd be any better off with me in the lead," Yuki replied after reading the note, "but why not?" Honestly, what was the worst that could happen? Well, a lot of things, now that she thought about it, but that was besides the point. The Ookami could either be her normal sheepish self and tag along (as she always ended up doing) or have some sense of adventure. And the latter sounded far more appealing.

'With all your wandering' The Tora scrawled, 'I'm sure that your internal compass is well-honed, and if not then it's BOUND to be fun.' There was a laughing face and he made his shoulders shake in a 'silent laugh.' He sure hoped the girl wasn't too betrayed when the jig wound up being up, but this was already too much fun to quit.

Yuki couldn't help but laugh at that. It was official then. The Ookami, in all her clumsy glory, would be leading the kinda-but-not-really expedition through the manor. Now the only question was... Where to start?
"Let's see..." Yukiko turned full-circle, observing her surroundings. "That mysterious-looking hallway seems like a good place to start." She pointed to the area she was tLkig about- a dining lit hall opening on the other end of the room. They'd probably fond a couple of doors to God-knows-where in there.
