Bored. Persephone was completely, and without a reasonable doubt, bored. When she'd run away from home she had never really imagined ending up with nothing to do. Of course, there had been the fiasco with the psycho-puppet-girl to keep her busy for awhile, but now... Well the Tora girl honestly didn't know what to do with herself. At this point she was just itching to start a fight. She could probably kill someone with all the unused energy.
Persephone sighed, tossing the piece of scrap metal she'd been playing with into the distance. Leaning back on to one of the broken roller coasters, she groaned.
"There's got to be something entertaining to do," she mumbled with a sigh.

He wouldn't admit to it, but Minori was lost. He only really had two guides around town, and one was busy and the other, well, he tried to ignore as much as possible. Because of this however, he had no clue where to go. He did run into an amusement park, if he remembered right, this was his clan's territory. It looked run down, but if his clan owned it, he had a right to go in, right? Right.
The sculptor walked into the park, not that impressed. "Why would anyone fight over this dump?" he asked himself.

When the Tora heard footsteps she sat up, interested to see who else had decided to visit what had become her regular hang out.
"Would you look at that Persephone," she mused, talking to herself softly, "we have company." From her perch atop the roller coaster tracks she studied the newcomer. He was hard to miss, with that loud shock of red hair. It stood out pretty well against the dusty landscape. For a moment Persephone looked from the redhead to her empty can of soda and back again. Well... she was bored...
With a shrug, the Tora gave the can a hardy throw. She didn't really intend for it to hit anyone, just to get their attention. Not that she would care if it caused damage anyway.

Minori stopped in his tracks when a can suddenly hit the ground in front of him. Any closer and that would have put a hole through his head. The redheaded Ookami looked up and saw someone. "That wasn't too nice, don't you think?" he asked whoever it was.

Persephone was silent, as if she really had to process his question before she could answer.
"Nah, it really wasn't. But it got your attention now didn't it?" She gave one of her classic chesire cat grins and shrugged innocently. "Or maybe I just mistook that hair of yours for a target." Well it was quite red. Her argument was somewhat valid.

Minori frowned when she pointed out his hair. He didn't like his hair color, he honestly didn't. It was too out there, and, well, it was the main thing that made him and his cousin Hotaru look like twins. While she loved the redhead they inherited, he hated it with a passion.
He tried to ignore the comment, grinning a little. "Name's Minori, what might your name be?" he asked.

"Persephone." The Tora leapt off the twisted piece of metal in a single, fluid motion. A cloud of dust stirred around her feet as she landed. "Ya know, like the Greek queen of the dead?" After years of having to explain her odd name to people, Persephone had developed the habit of just including it in her introduction.

Minori nodded. "The dead, huh? That explains a lot." he muttered, taking a moment to look at her. "I'm just curious, you've heard of soap, right? Kinda popular these days." he asked innocently, tilting his head to the side a little.

Oh, so he was a smart guy, eh? Fine then. Persephone remained utterly expressionless. She had long since learned that, when dealing with people like this, it was best not to indulge them.
"Oh, I'm sorry," she said innocently, "I couldn't hear you over your hair. The color is just so loud."

Minori blinked. Surprisingly, he grinned a moment later. "Another smart ass, huh?" he asked. "Well that's just perfect." he hadn't met anyone that could throw a come back like that before, it was about time.

"You sound just like my father," Persephone chuckled. She was a bit suprised with herself at that one. She hadn't really been willing to incorporate her abusive jerk of a dad into anything for awhile.

Minori raised a brow. "Well, I'm not sure how to take that." he said, shrugging a moment later. "Oh well, no matter." he said, more to himself.
The redhead kicked at the ground for a moment before looking back at Persephone. "So what exactly brings you here, Persephone?" he asked curiously. He had just gotten there because he was lost and didn't know where he was going in the first place, why would anyone willingly come to this dump?

"Eh, I'm bored." Persephone shrugged. "Free birds aren't meant to stay in one place too long. Sadly the silly clans keep me stuck here. Not that I have enough cash to leave anyway." The Tora chuckled to herself. All that cash from her Dad and Kaito was starting to run thin. Maybe she should get a job...

Minori nodded. "I see." he muttered. "I'm actually new to the town. Grew up not too far from here however." he shrugged. "Felt like moving over here to help some family that's here... but I didn't expect the government to keep me locked here now." It sucked, he'd admit, but he'd pay the price if it meant helping Matsuda get things sorted out with his family.

"Family eh?" Funny, the Tora had come here doing just the opposite. Minori had come to help his family, Persephone had come running from them. "I used to have one of those. I kinda screwed up though, so I don't anymore."
