Persephone had had her fair share of experiences with graveyards. None of which she'd rather recall. Not that the majority had been in respectful mourning anyway; she couldn't actually recall the last time she'd gone to stand silently over her mother's grave, drowning in sadness, remorse, and self-loathing. It was never really her thing.
Then what was the point in her being her today? Persephone didn't know a single person buried here, nor had she gone to symbolically remember the deceased. No instead she'd imagine herself digging a nice big hole, chucking the memories of her family and burying them with a nice, shiny granite marker on top. Heck, maybe she'd throw in some imaginary flowers while she was at it.
Persephone sighed. Why was forgetting so difficult? After rubbing her forehead in frustration, the teen finally let loose and kicked the nearest object out of sheer aggravation, which happened to be a gravestone. Not the most respectful thing to do. Not to mention her foot now hurt like crazy.
"God damn it!" She cried, clenching her teeth afterwords. Today was not one of Persephone's better days, that was for sure.

Tekka didn't know why she had spent last night in the graveyard, there was no sort of dare involved, well, it wasn't said aloud. It was an unspoken challenge, one that was undeniable. Especially considering it involved her brothers each spending the night in places they loathed as well. So maybe she did know what she was doing there actually... but it certainly one of her usual haunts.
She came here occasionally to look at her mother's gravestone and think, despite the popular opinion that she had no common sense and was about as deep as a puddle, she occasionally had her moments of brilliance. She thought about what it would be like if she had a mother around, if she would have gotten into a different clan, if she would have been a thief, if she would have stayed in school for longer...
Still, it wasn't like her current thoughts were particularly meaningful, the young Tora was rethinking her idea of spending the night in a tree whilst sitting behind a gravestone. How in the world did Jack do it?! There was no concievably comfortable position! Maybe he brought a pillow...
Those thoughts were interrupted as a cry of pain grated against her ear. Tekka shot up and looked around in paranoia. Screams of pain generally put people in a bad mood, and if anyone here had been in the mobs chasing her on the rare occasions she was caught she would probably end up in another coma.
Instead of a pissed off and familiar face, she saw a girl who she had never seen before. Tekka's paranoia decreased further still upon finding the individual wore an orange bracelet. Odds of hostility? Low to nil. Good.

Persephone finally stopped hobbling around in useless circles whilst crying out in pain, instead clenching her teeth and shaking her hair out of her face so that the offending grave marker could get the full effect of her fiery glare. The teen had spewed every foul-mouthed cuss word she could think of, though now she was silent.
Suddenly, Persephone realized she wasn't alone in the graveyard. She turned, noting the female figure not far off. Apparently there had been a witness to her clumsiness. Joy.
"I didn't think I'd actually find other people in a dismal place such as this." Persephone greeted with a sigh. "Seems I was wrong."

Tekka couldn't help but laugh as the other Tora let loose a string of curses that would make a sailor blush, noting a few to make use of later, Tekka calmed her laughter to a grin. "Likewise." She replied. "I assume you don't come here to swear at gravestones though, uh...." She blinked. "What's your name?" The younger girl asked, tagging on an, "I'm Tekka by the way." to the end of her question as an afterthought.

"Persephone," she answered, flipping her dyed bangs out of her face once again. "And no, the cussing at innocent grave markers was not in the plan." She sighed, tapping the stone with her foot once more before turning to face Tekka once again.
"I would ask what you're doing here, but since this is a graveyard I suppose I could assume that's confidential."

Tekka shook her head. "As much as I'd like to be a secret agent and say 'that's classified' all official-like, I just slept the night in a tree is all." Realizing how weird that sounded, she explained. "My brothers and I dared each other to spend the night in the places that creeped us out the most, I got the graveyard my oldest brother got the manor and my brother Jack had to spend the night in the hospital."
She grinned, picturing her favorite brother at the mercy of the doctors last night, skipping check-ups was going to come back and haunt him. She would have gotten the hospital if they weren't supposed to be alone for the torture. "Mind me asking what you're doing here?" Curiosity combined with the nosiness of a younger sibling made a deadly combination.

"In a way, I just buried someone alive. Symbolically speaking, of course." Persephone grinned toothily, hidden humor flickering through her honey colored eyes. Odd as the sentence had sounded, she was relatively sure that was the best way to explain her purpose. "It's not the usual, I'll tell you that much. Though your reasoning seems much more amusing than mine. I can't really remember the last time I did something like that with my siblings. They were all too squeamish, I think."

Tekka grinned. "They just need the right motivation. Blackmail is good, and so is the thought of a prize." In her case, a double chocolate cookie-crumble sundae at the Allure. Heaven. On. Earth. She shrugged. "I'm still rearing to go for anotherchallenge actually." Another dare would be nice, especially if Persephone was willing to play the game of Dare.

Persephone crossed her arms and cocked her head to the side, raising her eyebrows. "It sounds like you're subliminally issuing a challenge." She chuckled. "Or am I mistaken?"

Tekka gasped and placed a hand over her chest indignantly. "Subliminal- Subliminally?!" She pointed an angry finger at the ground. "I pride myself on being blunt and obvious on challenges, thank you very much!" She was unable to contain her laughter by the end of her little tirade, thankfully calming it down enough to just grin.
"But yeah, do you accept my little challenge? First one to chicken out loses?" She asked, folding her arms across her chest and smirking lightly.

Persephone returned the smirk, keeping her arms crossed, small bits of laughter fall from her lips. She found this Tekka girl quite amusing.
"Well of course I accept." She stated almost a bit smugly. "Now would you care to give the specifics?"

Tekka smirked. "One of us dares the other to do something and then they have to do it, if you don't then you take a penalty of the persons choice. The only rule is that you can't make a dare that's gonna land one of us in a hospital or a life in prison. And that's it, anything else is free game." She cracked her neck. "The way I play is that the youngest takes the first challenge, so whatcha got for me?"

Persephone thought for a long moment, trying to come up with a reasonable challenge. She and her former so called 'friends' had dared each other to do plenty of things in the past, but most of said challenges would break Tekka's very limited rules...
"So, no major law-breaking... or bone-breaking, huh?" Persephone paused once more, and then smirked. "Alright, let's start simple. Do you have a cell phone on you?"

Tekka nodded and pulled out a small blue phone from her pocket with a grin, not entirely sure where Perse (the girls soon-to-be nickname, Persephone was a mouthful) was going with it at the moment.

"Well in that case, we can begin." Persephone figured she would need to explain her motives, so she began to explain her 'dare'. "Just call the first number belonging to someone of the opposite sex, and you're going to make a certain little confession to said person. " She smirked. "It's simple; just give them a lengthy, tearful confession of your unending love."
Persephone concluded this with a shrug. "I've been forced to do the same often enough..." It was a basic enough dare, the very same one she and her siblings usually began with. Nothing too difficult, but nothing ridiculously easy either.
