Jack swung his legs off the top of the tower. It was pretty early in the day, the sun was just barely peeking over the horizon. Ookami had claimed this territory a little while ago and he had every intention of using it to his advantage. Not that the other clans were automatically hostile, it was just difficult to come up with a good excuse for being there if you were to get stumbled upon. Now he had a right to be there, it simplified things.
He took a sip of the soda he had brought with him. Dr Peppers and listened to the sound of the wind as the world began to wake up and the stars began to fade to day. He was unaware of the sound of footsteps coming up the stairs.

Hotaru walked up the tower's stairs carefully. This was Ookami territory now, after all. She didn't want to get on the bad side of any Ookami, especially lately.
She felt herself smile a little. 'Thing's woldn't be nearly as boring if he were here.' As she thought this, she looked to the side once she stopped. "Speak of the devil." she muttered, grinning when she saw Jack. She waved, hoping he would see her.

Jack turned his head at some motion off to the side. If it was just anyone, they wouldn't have gotten quite as swift a reaction. Hotaru was a different story. He waved back and beckoned her over, holding up a soda can and shaking it enticingly. "Heya! I brought soda!" He beamed as if he had planned this.

The red head quickly ran over and sat beside Jack, hugging him when she did. She took one of the cans of soda, opening it. "You shouldn't have." she joked before taking a sip.
"I'm glad I found you." she told him, smiling. "I thought I was gonna die of boredom if I stayed by myself for too long. Plus, it doesn't feel as awkward being here now."

"The whole 'not your territory anymore' thing?" He asked, sipping the soda. "I know how you feel, it's like that if I head down to the soccer field." Finding the can to be drained of all its precious caffeinated goodness, he crushed it and grabbed another one.
"And as for these," he gestured to the two six-packs. "I didn't intend to drink all of them." He tossed the new can up and down. "Nope, most of these are going to a much better cause."

Hotaru took another drink of her soda before turning back to Jack. "What might that cause be?" she asked him. "I'm trying not to drink much soda, you're getting me re-addicted!" she laughed jokingly. She went back to the can, still listening to Jack as she drank out of it.

Jack grinned. "It's a better addiction than some other things." The grin got wider and more mischievous as he began on the plan. "As for the cause, I'm gonna use these as soda bombs on the unsuspecting government workers that pass underneath here on a daily basis." He tossed the can up and down in his right hand, looking down at the small ant-sized people passing by on the ground.
Truth be told, there was one going by right now. He turned to Hotaru. "Care for a demo?" He asked.

"You really love annoying the hell out of the goverment, don't you?" she asked when she finished off the can. She rolled her eyes playfully and shrugged, still smiling. "Proceed." she said, holding back a small laugh.

He did a sweeping bow, right arm curled into his stomach and the other spread out to the side. "As the lady commands." He joked before righting himself and tossing the can of soda at the ground.
Several stories beneath them was a business man in a gray suit that worked in the Public Relations department of the Hatsu Itonami Central Government. He was in his mid-forties, balding, and had a slight irrational fear of thunder. His name was Kenzan Ibiki, and he was the unfortunate recipient of a soda shower on this fine morning.
The can hurtled towards the ground, the contents fizzing and hissing with a build up of CO2, becoming highly unstable and liable to create an explosion if the can was ruptured. It impacted just in front of Kenzan, and the smack of concrete blew open the top.
The dark liquid spewed out of the can, dousing Kenzan and creating a large boom of sound relative to that of a firecracker. The man was soaked in the sticky fluid, dripping from head to toe in Dr Pepper, confused, frightened, and befuddled. These emotions quickly turned to anger and Kenzan whirled about, looking this way and that for the source of his unscheduled drink. Finally, he recovered enough wherewithal to look up.
Nothing.
Meanwhile, Jack collapsed into a fit of laughter. The bombing had been a success, now as long as the guy didn't have even half of a brain, he wouldn't know who had hit him.

Hotaru watched as Jack threw the Dr. Pepper can at the man below them. Shocked at what had happen, she nearly fell back in a fit of laughter, luckily catching herself before hurting herself.
"That poor guy!" she exclaimed when she had finished laughing. She looked back to Jack. "You're need to give the goverment more things than they can handle is..." she tried searching for the right word. "interesting, for sure." she decided upon using the word she had used to describe him so much already.

"No," He corrected, holding out a finger in an 'I'm making a point' gesture. "That's ingenious." He let out a few more laughs at the prospect of more victims coming their way and held out another can. "Care to give it a try m'lady?" He asked with a posh British accent.

Hotaru almost considered it for a moment. She had her hand out, ready to take the can, but she ended up pulling it back, sticking her tongue out at him. "If you wanna get the ones makin' the laws mad, be my guest." she told him playfully. "I think I'll just watch."
The Tora had completely forgotten that she was wearing her cloak until things felt a little warmer to her. Well, being at the top of the tower meant that they were slightly closer to the sun. She sighed; she didn't want to take it off this high up.

He rolled his eyes and stuck out his tongue in return. "Fine. Be a spectator to the second greatest sport known to man." He chucked the can off the tower, and it fell towards the second unfortunate soul of the day.
This was a woman was wearing white business wear and had just recently gotten out of the clans. She was a lawyer, District Attorney for the Government really. Izena Hotoku was her name and she was one of the most conniving people that the government had in its arsenal. She was also eating a croissant from the nearby bakery, a very expensive, specially made croissant. Light, flaky, and wholesomely delicious.
It was no surprise that the can whacked it squarely out of her hands before impacting on the harsh and unforgiving cement. The soda flew everywhere, splattering her clothes and hair and ruining her breakfast. She let out a screech and whirled about like Kenzan had just minutes prior, failing as well to see Jack laughing his ass off several stories up.
The Ookami in question had never been happier for the relative safety of solid steel guardrails. Without them he surely would have rolled off the tower.

Hotaru watched what little she could in between fit of laughter. "What she was eating looked pretty good, too." she said, feeling somewhat sorry for the victim.
After she could breathe properly, she looked back to Jack. "So if this is the second greatest sport, what's the first?" she asked, curiously.

"Hockey." Jack stated plainly, shrugging his shoulders.
