Jack was being legitimately sneakier than he was in the Wok less than an hour ago. There was only a slight hum as the Mission Impossible Theme played in his head and there was no fake gun. He was half hoping to be able to fit into the air vents, but he had to find a free one first.
The doors were all guarded by both men and cameras, but there was a vent by the side of the building that would be large enough for both of them. It was screwed in tight to the side of the building though.
It was times like these he was glad that someone had had the foresight to invent the Swiss army knife. He pulled it out and set upon the screws with savage force. Hotaru was next to him, she was either being a lookout, unscrewing screws, or just waiting. She was in his peripheral vision, so it was difficult to tell.

Hotaru kept her hood over her face as she looked around to make sure no one was watching them. Even with the hood covering her face, she could see pretty well for the moment. She was calm and still, waiting for Jack to finish with the screws.
The red head had to admit, she did indeed missed the feeling she got sneaking into buidlings like this. The adrenaline rush, the strange feeling she would get in her stomach, oh yes. This was definently something she had longed to do again.

The last screw fell away with a small clatter and Jack pulled away the vent cover to reveal a spacious passage. The ventilation was turned off at night to conserve energy so there would be no resistance from the normally windy tunnels.
"We're in." He whispered, leaning the grate on the side of the building and pocketing his knife. "I'll go first, I know where all the security measures are and how to disable 'em thanks to a few connections."
He gave a smile before climbing in. "Lean the grate over the hole to draw less attention when you get in."

Hotaru smirked slightly when Jack had finished with the vent. She nodded to him going in first, obviously being the best choice since he knew more than she did about the building. When he told her to put the grate against the hole afterwards she grinned. "This isn't my first time breaking in a building, you know." she whispered to him.
She waited for a few moments after he climbed in. She made sure no one was around to watch, and when she was positive there weren't she went into the vent, pulling the grate against the vent as she did.

Jack chuckled, "Touche." He said before crawling near-silently though the air ducts. It was easier than he had thought it would be to get in, so that meant this area would be crawling with alarms. They'd have to find the security room and disable the alarms before going much farther.
The Security Room, if he remembered correctly, was just a little ways away, but it'd be a tight squeeze to get into there, and they'd need some sort of distraction.
Wait, no. The guards were notoriously lazy and were probably romancing some other security guards at the Allure of Darkness. Jack rolled his eyes. This might have been easier than he had previously thought.
They cruised through the ducts until they came across the Security room. Large monitors in front of swivel chairs, just like in the old movies. He swore lightly as he saw a guard sitting in the chair, presumably asleep. This wasn't good.
"Any ideas?" He asked Hotaru, moving over a bit so she could get a good look at the situation.

Hotaru took a look at what they were up against. Hmm... This was going to be tricky. She tried thinking of ways to get the guard out without getting discovered. She was silent for a while, trying to think of something. This would have been way easier if they had someone on the outside of the building helping them out, at least that was what she was use to.
Then again, she wasn't use to sneaking into top security buildings like this one, just the slightly smaller stuff. She turned to Jack. "Can't you use some of your old connections?" she asked hopefully.
One word was going through her mind about herself at that moment: Fail.

Jack nodded. "I was kinda hoping to not bring him into this, but he should still be in the building, he works late." He took out his phone and quickly sent a text. 'Can u get me a distraction somewr near the front of the building? No Q's plz' it said.
He flipped it shut. "And now," He sighed. "We wait for the distraction."
They weren't waiting long. A wailing went off and a light started flashing by one of the screens where a shadowed male was slipping out of sight. Th guard sputtered and fell back in his chair, missing the man and rushing out of the room with out a second thought.
A buzzing came from Jack's pocket. 'U owe me fr this' The brunette grinned. "Thank you Aiden. Come on let's get going." He pushed against the vent, this one appeared to be broken and was barely hanging on, it fell away easily and he slid out.
Jack offered a hand to Hotaru. "You wouldn't happen to know anything about disabling alarm systems on a widespread level, would you?"

Hotaru watched as Jack took out his phone, wondering who he could be contacting. When she noticed the guard rush out of the room, she silently laughed. When the two got down from the vent, she caught Jack's question, still pulling her hood down.
"My expertises lay in strength and stealth." she told him, beginning to grin. "Of course, I do minor in disabling alarms." she walked over to where the screens were in the room. After about one or two minuets she shrugged. "This should be easy." she went straight to work, pressing button after button.
When she stopped, she smiled, looking at Jack. "Alarms disabled." she told him, almost sounding like a computer.

Jack watched in wonder as her fingers sped across the buttons. If only he could understand a larger computer than a duel disk... He laughed as she spoke. "Right, so I'm thinking we should probably mess with their files a bit, screw with the system in general, maybe some graffiti." He smiled. "Anything you want to add to the agenda?" They had to get out of there soon, but they had a couple more minutes and there was no point in wandering aimlessly.
Luckily they could walk freely through the building since all the camera's were outside. They preferred alarms at every step on the inside, made them feel safer. Jack had never had any clue as to why they didn't use both on the inside and on the outside.
Oh well, made it easier for them now.

Hotaru shook her head. "All that seems pretty good to me." she told him. "You're quite the troublemaker to want to do all of this." she joked, looking around the room once again. "Well, now that we're free, let's go see what damage we can do!"

"Right." He nodded and poked his head out of the door, peeking down the hallway in search of the guard. "The coast is clear." Jack said, stepping out into the hall. "Computer mainframe, or the hard copies of all the files, which to hit first..." He tapped his chin thoughtfully.

Hotaru shrugged. "Something tells me you're not that good with computers." she joked, holding back a smile. "Why not go for the files first?" she suggested. She looked down the hall and sighed. "Of course, you know this place a lot better than I do, so you take the lead." she smiled. "This isn't that great of a spot to get lost in after all, isn't it?"

"Not if ya got one of these." The Ookami said, holding up the arm with the clan bracelet. He grinned wryly. "And you're right, anything bigger than a duel disk eludes me." He paused and looked down a hall. "This way." Jack set off at a brisk pace, ticking off the doors in his head.
They had a bit of a walk to go before they reached the room, and he was hoping for conversation. "So what's Tora like?" He asked, genuinely curious.

Hotaru walked with Jack down the hall, hearing his question about Tora. "Hm? Well, it's alright I guess. Some of them annoy me, though. The few that knew about my past don't even talk to me anymore. It got pretty boring really quickly." she grinned. "I guess that's why I need to meet you sister." looking through each door that they briefly passed, she continued talking to him. "What about Ookami?"

Jack shrugged. "Eh, it's okay. A lot different from a couple of years ago. I can't say all that much about the people 'cause I haven't gotten to know most of them yet." He rubbed the back of his head, it was a bit of a nervous tick. "But the amusement park is pretty fun when the rides are actually working, and there's the soccer field... or at least there was." He grinned. "Tora took that one."
Finally they arrived at the Room of Records. There was a file on most of the clan members, and copies upon copies of deals and transactions. All the paperwork made him incredibly happy that he had left.
