Emma giggled and shook her head. "Nope, I love Spring too." Another thing they had in common, that was cute. "It's warm and nice, and it's a time for new beginnings." She shrugged and blushed the smallest bit. New beginnings, kind of like what Daemon was doing. She was proud of him for it, really.

Daemon's smile grew at her answer. "That's my thoughts exactly. Plus there's just something amazing about nature growing back again. It's beautiful." He added as he thought about it. But new beginnings really was the main thing. "I do believe it's my turn. Let's see..." he tapped his chin thoughtfully. "What is your favorite time of day?"

Emma pressed a finger to her cheek in thought. "Probably afternoon." she answered. "You're more awake than you are in the morning, and there's more stuff that you could do than late at night." And Emma wasn't one to sit and do nothing all day long, even if it was just a little walk, she just HAD to be outside or go SOMEWHERE other than her room at the dorms. "What about you?"

"The morning really. Although I tend to do my best creative work at night." Daemon replied, shrugging slightly. "I think it's that way for a lot of people though." He'd read several autobiographies of authors and musicians who wrote that they were more creative at night. "You're turn." He shot back, with a smile.

Emma smiled wider and tried to think of a good question. "Favorite and least favorite school subject?" She went with. He seemed to be good in everything, it made her curious about what his strong and weak points were.

Daemon was quick to answer. "I'd say music, but if I had to pick one of the four main subjects as my favorite I'd choose English. My least favorite is science, specifically Physics and Chemistry. I'm not bad in them but I don't like them," he shrugged slightly. "How about you?" he asked in reply.

"I'm pretty good with History, so that would be my favorite." she said. "Least favorite would be Math." Her face scrunched up a little at that. "I'm terrible at it, and it just looks pointless once it gets to a certain level."

"Why don't you let me tutor you then? I'm really good in math." Daemon offered. "I've also had your math already so I definitely know it." Math was probably tied with History on his second favorite. He felt he used quite a bit of math when he was making his music. "I'd love to help." He added smiling.

Emma blinked a few times and nodded, smiling sheepishly. "Yeah, I'd like that." she agreed, nodding and trying her best NOT to blush. Why was it so hard just to keep her cheeks from turning color? She wasn't as pale as her mother was, yet somehow it ALWAYS ended up obvious.

Daemon felt like his heart soared a little when Emma agreed and blushed. He was amazed at how much she'd warmed up to him in such little time. He couldn't keep the ridiculous smile away now. It had taken residence on his face. "I'm glad." He said genuinely. He was excited about the future math sessions. "What is your favorite thing to do outside of music?"

Emma giggled again at Daemon's expression and his words. She tried focusing on something else, like how to answer the question. "Dance." she answered simply. "Mom started teaching me when I was little, she's amazing! I prefer the piano, but dancing is a fun hobby too, physical activity's a good way to relieve stress and all." She smiled. "What about you? I'm guessing baseball?"

Daemon had heard Emma danced but he'd never seen her do it and now he really wanted to. "I love baseball but it's not my favorite. I think it'd be a tie between swimming and photography. Photography is a new thing for me, I'm still experimenting with it, but I love it." He replied, shrugging. He was great in baseball so he kept up with it but he did enjoy many other things. He liked to try lots of new things.

"Oh, that's awesome though." she said, eyes brightening at the mention of photography. "I wanna see your pictures some time if you don't mind." she liked looking at pictures, they were so cool.

Daemon nodded happily. "I'd love to show you them, this city has some great places to take pictures. I especially love taking pictures from high up and using the extended lens, it's beautiful." He replied. "Your turn." He liked her questions and he was just happy he had this quiet alone time to talk to her.

"Um... Favorite family memory?" She tried, tilting her head innocently. With how his family was, she wondered if there was ever a time that he actually got along with his sister or father. Even if his father was a monster... after everything she'd heard about him between Daemon and her parents, she really hoped she'd never run into him, he sounded scary...
