Matsuda nodded, face still as red as before. "Yeah... I'd like to." He had to bite his lip to keep from making some goofy smile. He knew how it generally worked, he wasn't stupid. He'd been wanting to for a while now, and somehow he managed to keep himself together on the outside without exploding into excitement like he wanted to.

Aiden grinned, face just as red as Matsuda's. "So...." How to start? Now? Later? Surely it couldn't be a good idea while the blond ookami was still getting over a hangover? Then again, if Matsuda was feeling better--
He tried to cut himself off there. He was over thinking things.

Matsuda thought about it for a second, he wasn't feeling completely back to normal just yet, but the headache WAS going down. A little groggy, but he'd wake up. Hungry? Eh, not too much(at least that was what he told himself). He realized he was just making up excuses to go with everything that was wrong at the moment and chuckled quietly to himself. Damn, he didn't think he'd be this desperate.
The blonde, still blushing, flashed a smile at Aiden. "Well I'm not moving, get over here." What could he say, he was lazy AND impatient when he wanted to be.

Aiden banished his residual embarrassment to the corner of oblivion and surged onto the bed to kiss Matsuda. At least they could start on familiar ground... After this it was all theory on his part, he didn't know how much experience the elder ookami had... if any at all.

Matsuda grinned and pulled Aiden close before he kissed him back. Okay, so maybe he didn't know EXACTLY what to do, but the general idea was easy enough. Something told him they wouldn't have too much of a problem anyway.
((Another timeskip maybe?))

((Timeskip))
Everything was warm and wonderful in the afterglow... Aiden had questioned how accurate that word could really be, but it was pretty dead-on. He pressed a tired kiss to Matsuda's neck, the realization that he hadn't slept much at all last night pressing down on him. "Thanks..." He mumbled sleepily.

Matsuda was smiling like a dork, why hadn't he brought this up sooner? He couldn't exactly describe it, but damn did he feel good. He smiled at Aiden and kissed his forehead in reply. "No, thank you." he laughed gently. He realized how tired Aiden sounded and guessed he didn't get to sleep very well last night. Well, he thought as he pulled the covers up a little more, he wouldn't mind sleeping for a few more hours himself. "I'd say we deserve a nap right about now." he teased, wrapping his arms around the brunette.

Aiden's arms wrapped around Matsuda's middle in return as he burrowed into the covers and the warm body next to him. He merely gave a nod in response to the nap, though... Time for some sleep. It wasn't like he had a job right now anyway...
The giant Ookami was quietly snoring in seconds, breath ghosting out over Matsu's neck and collarbone as he slumbered, finally relaxed.

Matsuda smiled to himself, feeling the breaths of the younger Ookami. He laid there for a while and stroked the brunette's hair as he slept, and he couldn't help but think about how lucky he was. Everything felt so perfect with Aiden and he didn't think he could be any happier. With this thought in mind he closed his eyes and tried to go back to sleep for a little longer.

((SCENE CHANGE))
Aiden was waiting in the rec room for Matsuda to show up. For once, the tall ookami was well rested and not keeping others at a distance through sheer force of a 'don't even BREATHE MY AIR' glare. The rec room was simply quiet, for once. One rare peaceful moment. There were a few folks here and there, but they were reading (Aiden had spotted at least one trashy romance novel he had read, apparently it was a staple of rec-room life at the Ookami base) or listening to music or playing games quietly.
It was... kind of relaxing, just having other people in the room doing their own things. If he wasn't so anxious for Matsu to arrive with whatever he was bringing, he might have picked up a book himself.

Matsuda was trying not to draw too much attention to himself in the halls at base, but it was kind of hard when he had a guitar case strapped to his back, another instrument case in his right hand, and some folder in his left. There was an ear-to-ear smile slapped on his face as he made his way to the rec room where Aiden was at, he couldn't WAIT to show all this to him!
The blonde frequented the town's music store probably more than anyone else, and with a few pulled strings he was able to get a decent saxophone at a fair enough price. That, along with some different music sheets, a mixture of beginner and somewhat harder stuff in case Aiden started to remember and pick up on the instrument again. He wasn't too sure why he brought his guitar, but if there was going to be music stuff involved he didn't want to take any chances on not being able to play if he could. Oh he was going to LOVE this!
Matsu finally made it to the rec room, poking his head in to find Aiden. "Hey! I got a surprise for you!" he grinned as he stepped in with everything. He couldn't wait to see his face...

Aiden perked up as Matsuda came in, and craned his neck to try and get a better look at what in the hell the other Ookami was carrying. They looked like instrument cases. Matsuda's trusty guitar he knew the shape of, as for the OTHER case...
Well, he honestly didn't know. It looked strange and bulky was all he knew. "I'll say..." He said, eying the new case. He... HAD mentioned music to Matsuda before, as something he might want to try. Actually, more like it had come up during a rare almost-memory. He didn't know that it was, just that it sounded like it was brass or something...

Matsu kept his grin and walked over to the brunette, tossing the folders beside him and setting the smaller case down on the floor. "So you know how you told me 'bout the music thing?" he tried as he started taking the guitar from his back. "Well back when you had your memories and all, I remember you said you played the saxophone, so I figured I'd help you out with relearning some stuff!" He couldn't really promise much with helping him actually PLAY it, but hopefully if he could jog his memory enough it would help him remember how to play.
He sat the guitar case carefully on the floor before sitting beside Aiden, handing him the saxophone case. "So consider it an early Christmas present." he chuckled lightly, waiting for his reaction somewhat patiently.

Aiden would have smiled if it weren't for the ever-present half-loathing of realizing that as eager as Matsuda was to help him regain his memories, Aiden was pretty sure that the elder man wasn't telling him everything he knew. "We COULD just save a lot of time with you telling me what you knew about me before the accident," he grumbled, though his eyes lingered on the case.
As much as he was annoyed with the lack of direct answers, he DID look forward to learning to play the saxophone....

Matsuda's smile slowly started to drop. He was hoping this would make up for some of that. As much as he wanted to tell Aiden everything, he just couldn't be sure yet, not with the nightmares he'd been having...
He watched the taller man for a little bit as he stared at the case. This time, he didn't sound as enthusiastic as he nodded his head at the folder. "There's uh, music sheets in there if you wanna look. The beginner stuff's first, then it gets a little hard the more you go for when you get the hang of it.." Damn, this really was a bummer, now he felt like shit. He'd been so excited for this too.
