Mikka spinner of of the way, ending up wih yet another graze. Usagi was far too fast for her to even lay a single hit upon. It was frustrating. But still, the Russian smiled. "Da, and I was completely fine, even with you landing on top of me. So I say that means I win." She took a deep breath. She wasn't pacing herself well enough in this fight; the Ookami silently berated herself to fix her tactics.

Usagi tossed his knife up and down, spinning it in the air and catching it in his fingers. "No, see. That was the tree. The TREE won that fight. As did the ground. You bribed them to gang up on me." He figured being ridiculous was the easiest way to save his dignity, at least it would make him seem like he didn't deem the last fight very important.

"I hardly think either of them would listen to me," Mikka laughed. "If anything, that just proves that even nature detests you." She twirled the crowbar around her fingers like a deadly baton. It rose behind her head before she swung it forward. The Ookami refused to hold back at this point; failure was not an option.

Usagi dodged nimbly backwards, then sprang forward and spun to hit both Mikka's shoulder and thigh. He wasn't really aiming for major blood vessels, these fights were fun and he wouldn't want to lose his favorite plaything. "Really now? Because the trees certainly don't complain when I step on them... they SCREAM when you step on their branches." He smirked as he leaped away again.

Really? Again with the fat jokes? Did Usagi really posses no more maturity than a middle schooler? "Honestly, why do you find it nessacary to exagerate my weight?" Mikka sighed. She hadn't so muh as flinched when she had been cut, but now her eyebrows twitched in irritation. The Ookami was irked by both Usagi's attitude, and by the fact that she hand't landed a single blow.

Usagi chuckled. "Well despite hearing the phrase 'never tickle sleeping dragons' I never really took the lesson to heart. Have to say that it's much more fun irritating you than it is just fighting you." Though that was fun too, and he liked getting a rise out of the woman. He liked making her mad. And maybe he liked the attention, after years of hiding in the background a little of attention was nice.

The expression wasn't exactly familiar with the expression, but she understood the basis of what Usagi was saying. He liked teasing her, simple enough. It was kind of amusing, in its own way. Irritating, but amusing. "You act like a schoolboy chasing a girls he likes." Her eyebrows rose in a teasing manner. "Perhaps you fancy me, hm~?"

Usagi had to suppress a wave a nausea at the very thought. "Oh gag me." He rolled his eyes and pulled a face. "As if anyone could ever find anything to fancy ABOUT you." Although, he was currently in somewhat of a similar position... Personality wise they were similar (unappealing to just about any sane person) and physically... well, again they were rather similar. Mikka was taller where Karter was shorter, and he doubted any man would want to lean up to kiss her just like he doubted any woman would want to lean down to kiss him.
Except, he reminded himself. Theo wouldn't care about that... As long as he feels safe with a person he doesn't care what they look like or seem like... And Usagi would make sure he was protected and happy. No matter what.

"Denial, denial, denial," the Russian sang through her giggles. She seriously doubted Usagi fancied her, but it was fun to tease him about it. The oppurtunity was too good to pass up. "It will be easier to you just admit it to yourself~." Her smirk widened. "The longer you wait, the more it will hurt when I break your heart." The Ookami laughed and stuck her tongue out at the Tora.

Usagi actually laughed at that one. "Oh REALLY? Break my heart?" He actually stopped tossing his knife at that. He didn't want to drop it while laughing. "You can't even break my ARMS, I'd like to see you TRY to break my heart."

A loud, rumbling laugh escaped the Russian's throat. "You would be surprised," she giggled. Not about the breaking hearts bit; Mikka knew she was hopeless in the romance department, but she was plenty confident in her ability to break Usagi's arms- or any body parts actually. "You are all talk, I'm afraid."

Usagi snickered. "No, if I was all talk then my arms would be broken by now." He held up his appendages and shook them at her. "Guess who's completely uninjured from this little fight of ours? Hint! It's not you." He kept his distance from the other Ookami, getting within striking distance wasn't going to be a good idea right now.

The smirk dropped off Mikka's face and her eyes narrowed. It was true, she was on the losing side of this fight. It was rather frustrating not to land a single blow, although expected. The moment she managed to hit Usagi (with the amount of strength in her swings) he would be down for the count. It was only natural that he dodge her attacks. But he was still wearing her down with small blows. It wasn't anything she couldn't take but... Even the Russian only had so much blood...
"It does not matter who has more injuries, Krollik. Don't assume victory is yours until your opponent is completely fallen." She punctuated her words with another swing.

Usagi dodged yet again, tossing a pair of knives at Mikka while she was slightly overbalanced from the hit before darting back. He wasn't going to let himself be hit so easily. He needed his arms and legs, frankly. He had someone to protect.

One blade grazed Mikka's side and the other dug into her leg. The Russian visibly winced, yanking the knife out with a quiet hiss. Thankfully the wound wasn't deep, so it didn't hinder her ability to fight by much. The only side effect was a small pain that shot up her side when she shifted her weight to the left. The Russian would just have to make sure she didn't lean on that leg at all and she would be fine.
Mikka whirled around, still holding the blade covered in her own blood. "That wasn't very nice, you know," she tsked, waving thr knife around. She threw in at Usagi, following up with another wild rally of swings.
