Archer walked throughout the cemetery glancing at the names on the withered headstones. He smirked as he recognized a name he'd known and had personally had a hand in their deaths. They all deserved it and he wasn't in the least big guilty. In all actuality he was proud of his part in their deaths. Some he'd killed himself, others he'd helped his Uncle kill. That was one rule he lived by, always know the name of the kill or go to the funeral and find out. Going to the funeral was always more exciting though, he could feel the sadness and pain and thrived in it.
The night was weary and the cemetery was only lit by that of the full moon. He glanced upward at it briefly then looked back around him. Seeing a rather large tomb that encompassed some high government official he'd killed years ago, Archer sat down at the front entrance took in the dark of the night.

A cemetary. The Kuma cemetary. Although it wasn't Akio's cemetary of choice, a few people he had known were buried here. One such was his great friend, Hako. Hako was a member of the Kuma, abducted and killed in front of Akio's eyes. It was Akio's father's way of telling him to keep his social life and business life seperate. Akio glared at the thought, but sighed a sigh of relief. Everyone his father had killed would be avenged very shortly.
He noticed another person, a Kuma, drifting through the cemetary. He paid no notice of it until he remembered he was undercover as a Tora. Still, he could take any amount of Kuma if it came down to it. He crouched below the tombstone, placing his hand on the grave. A small tear dropped from his eye. He wiped it, stood up, and walked to another gravestone. The tomb read "Cynthia Nyuhara".

Archer's ears perked up at the sound of someone else creeping around the cemetery. He noticed a slight shadow from the moon near a headstone. "There's no need hiding. I can hear and see you." Archer called across the dark stones to the hidden figure. "Besides it's only innocent ol' me." he said with a small dark chuckle.

"Hiding?" Akio didn't even move his eyes from this stranger's tomb. He was too focused. His mind was racing. Who was Cynthia? Finally, he stood up straight and moved over to the figure. "It's a bit rude to interupt someone who's greaving, you know." Akio walked towards the newcomer. "My name is Akio," he said, extending a hand. This person seemed a bit more humble than the others. He was polite when he wanted to be, he just rarely wanted to be.

Archer shook his hand and leaned back against the dark tomb. "Archer... Well it's a bit odd to be here in the middle of the night like this. The place closed hours ago." he grinned and shrugged. "Just seemed a bit odd to me, no offense." He pulled out his lighter and started to flick it open and closed. "So really, what brings you here?"

Akio turned his head to the name 'Cynthia Nyuhara'. "Her. I don't know about her, I've only heard one rumor that I thought was untrue. If what I think is true is true..." Akio sighed as he stared at the tombstone. He still had millions of thoughts flowing around in his head. "She might be my real mother." He looked down. If she was, then his father would be responsible for killing his mother and the woman who raised him as a son. He couldn't shake the feeling that it was just for spite. His father knew he had an interest in the business, and because of that, he would make sure Akio couldn't take his place.

Archer's eyebrows raised with interest. "Unknown mother? Sounds quite like mine." he snorted with sarcasm and rolled his eyes at the thought of his failure of a mother. "You seem a bit tense Akio, I wonder... is there some other reason behind your curiosity with this unknown woman?" Archer opened his lighter and trailed his fingers through the flame as he looked at Akio.

"I'm not allowed to state my circumstances to anyone I've only recently met. I appologize." Akio continued staring at the tombstone. "I have a question, Archer." Akio looked up towards Archer. "You're the keeper, right? I can only assume you've killed a few people, and either your conscience or your love for dead things drove you to work here. Assuming you killed people, around how many are here?" Akio of course was making a random assumption, but if the number was surprising, Archer might be worthy of a ring as well.

Archer let out a sudden dark laugh. "Well you see I've killed quite too many to count. Though I can point out a few graves... This one," he pointed to the one he rested against and continued to point to several around the graveyard. "And that's all the ones buried here. I went to several funerals out of town... and vigils in desolate buildings where there were only pieces of loved ones left. In all honesty, there's no telling." he smirked and snapped his lighter closed. "I'm very good at my job." he said with a sinister tone and grin.

Akio just stared at Archer with a calm expression as he said this. Finally, Akio let out a smile. "I've been looking for a group of elite fighters for quite a while now. Killers who are good at what they do, and better about expressing it." Akio looked around, noting that the cemetary was completely empty. He held out an expensive golden ring encrusted with sapphire jewels and the word "Akio" engraved in the middle and put it on.
"So, I have another question. Is it bloodlust, or do you just like to kill?"

Archer's eyebrows shot up again and he grinned. "Well first it was Shortie starting up the psycho club just about and now this." he chuckled darkly then took the expensive looking ring. He studied it as he replied to the man's question. "Actually its a bit of both. In my eyes enjoyment of the kill and bloodlust are just about the same, sometimes though there are those select cases that are just... a necessity. But yea, I do enjoy killing." he grinned and chuckled under his breath. Lately all sorts of people like himself were coming out of the wood works and it was a breath of fresh air in his opinion.

Akio let out a small whistle, sort of like a dark, eerie yet somehow soothing noise. As if it was a man, calming someone down before their inevitable death. He stared at the sky as he whistled it. When he was done, he looked towards Archer. His voice was quiet, but not a whisper. "You may be murderous, but like anyone else, you strive for perfection. You're naturally good at killing, so I'm left to assume that killing is the hobby you chose to perfect."
Akio looked down at the ground, "It is the responsibility of the people, in times of hardship, to rise up and rebel. We are not tools, we are workers. We think, we feel, we breathe, we love...it is as workers that we will live, but I choose to die not a worker. I choose to die a man." He blinked a few times and looked up at Archer. "That was one of the many discarded letters before..it all came to this."
Archer may not have seen it, but there was a certain burning passion in Akio's eyes that matched the quiet, unsettling tone of his voice. Once more his eyes drifted towards the ground, allowing the song of the crickets to accompany the silence that followed.

Archer was stunned and driven silent for a good minute before his face broke out into a very wide grin. "You're the kindling to a flame..." he muttered perplexed and laughed heartily. "I warn you though, fire has a tendency to come back and bite you. You have to be willing and ready for all obstacles no matter how great or small. The thing about a fire though, it builds but it can be so easy to put out or it can festered and destroy everything in its path. You've just got to learn to control it and keep a tight leash on the damage that is wrecked from it." He paused momentarily to gather his words again. He noticed a certain, spark to the man's eyes and decided to cut him a bit of slack.
"As for the killing part, it started as a joint job, I would do it to impress my partner. Now that he's gone... I tend to do it out of spite for the people that took him. I do enjoy toying with a person though, there's a sort of grim satification that comes from it. As of lately... I'm needed and asked for it. Hobby would be too specific. When I choose to do it for sport, I'm picky with my victim. I'm natural with it because I was raised with it." his eyes darkened with a brief moment of hatred from those who took his Uncle. To him, there would never be a better partner.

Akio frowned, "The government took my mother away from me. There's a high chance that, if my predictions are true, they took away my real mother and the woman that raised me as her son. But I have something they don't." A sly smile creeped on his face. "I want you to remember something, Archer. I'm not the protagonist. I'm not some panzy walking around trying to save the world. I have one goal, and only one goal. To kill the man responsible for the death of my mothers. After, the world can go to Hell with him."
"If people die for my selfish desires, I won't shed a tear. Right now I ask for your help and offer you the opportunity of a life time. We won't act now, but we'll act soon. The ring I gave you has my name, but more than that. The jewels reveal a message, encoded in brail. Soon I will call all of you, assign you orders, and remove the orders from your mind. You will be sleeper agents, essentially. But, with these orders, your conscience will no longer hold you back. You won't feel pain. You'll be able to truly be the perfect killer."
Akio looked at Archer, "Once more, remember, I'm not the good guy. But the difference between me and the men you want to kill? I'm not trying to get elected. I don't have to lie to get what I want." Akio took a cigarette out from his pocket, struck a match, and lit it. He let the fire on the match die out from the cold breezes before dropping the match on the ground.

"A man driven by his desire for revenge. Oh the stories about that one..." he chuckled and shook his head. "Nobody ever said you had to be the good guy and save the world for all its infamous faults." He pondered briefly on his proposal and stared down at the ring in his hands. "In my opinion, self desires are always the most deadly." he grinned and let that sink in a moment. "Question about this perfect killer thing though, I will remember everything from it right? Because that's the beauty of a kill, ever small gruesome detail." his thumb went over the stone on the ring as his other hand flipped the lighter open and closed.
"These elected officials need a nice knock down anyways." He nodded back to the tomb where he sat. "This guy was my most recent government kill. Nice and slow. Turns out he had a fear of being burned alive." Archer chuckled darkly. "Lucky for me, I know how to work the flames. So don't worry about me, I'm not going to go seeking you out. I like the idea..." he paused and studied the man. "And hey, at least your not psychotic like the last batch." he chuckled darkly. "Personal agendas are always the most interesting." His thoughts here went to Hana and her kidnapping plans. He was most certainly intrigued by both parties though. Akio offered something new and exciting. Sleep agent. Sounded like something right up Archer's alley. As long as he could enjoy it of course.
