Desiree walked into the Grocery store with Tessa. They were on a mission, and that, was to find as much cleaning supply as they could in order to clean up the school halls and such. The musician made a quick mental note to call the cops and report vandlism, but quickly threw it out the window a moment later. If they were gonna clean it all up, then what was the point?
"So Tess," she began as they walked in. "What'cha need first?"

Tessa smiled widely as she looked around. She grabbed a buggy. Start to the right. Her brain automatically told her. She started towards the right, going to the very back of the store to the cleaning supplies.
She saw a rack of cleaner and smiled more. She grabbed a large container, opened it, sniffed it, closed it and put it back. She did this until she found a smell that she liked. She also grabbed a huge container of bleach and stuck it in the buggy.
"Go find a good sturdy mop, broom and dustpan." She instructed Desiree as she grabbed a huge bucket and placed it in the cart.

Desiree followed her clanmate, nodding when told to find the other supplies. She walked off to another section not too far away, looking until she found the right part where the brooms and mops were.
There were a lot. Why were there a lot? The mops came in different sizes, shapes, colors, and so did the dustpans! And the brooms, why did they look so different from each other, too? Desiree blinked, not knowing the differences between everything on the shelves.
"Er..." she muttered, grabbing the ones she thought looked prettiest to her. She shrugged, if they were pretty, they were good, right? That made since to her. Nodding to herself, she walked back over to Tessa, handing her what she found. "Here ya go, best i could find." she said, laughing nervously. with how OCD Tessa seemed Dez wouldn't be so shocked to end up getting hit over the head with the broom for it not being 'good and sturdy' or whatever Tess had asked for her to find.

Tessa looked up from disinfectant and gloves to see the broom, mop and dustpan Desiree had picked out. They looked good in appearance. Tessa reached out and messed with each of them. "Nope, not good, too soft broom, find one with straw and large. The mops too small and plushy, need something more hard. And the dustpans too small and flimsy." she said handing them back the young girl. She turned back and picked out the best and most protective gloves along with a large thing of disinfectant.

Desiree listened to Tessa's description, a little confused on it all. "Uh..." she trailed off, not too sure what exactly she had been told. "Oh... kay then..." she turned around and went back to the extremely confusing section of random cleaning supplies. With a heavy sigh, she hung her head low. This was gonna take a while...
20 Mins. Later
Desiree ran back to find Tessa, pleased with what she had found. "So... many..." she muttered to her new friend.

Tessa had finished getting all the supplies she needed by the time Desiree returned with proper brooms, mops and dustpans. She chuckled and nodded. "These are perfect." she said. She pushed the very heavy cart to the front of the store, tossing in a few little things that caught her eye.
They made it to the front and unloaded all the items. "Okay miss, you're total's $165.90." the lady behind the counter said. Tessa pulled out a little plastic card she'd learned to use over the years and handed it to the lady. "Okay, thank you, have a nice day."
"You too!" Tessa replied pushing the buggy out the door. "Time to get back to the school and start." She said happily.

Desiree grinned and walked out of the store with Tessa. "Wow, you really like to clean don't you?" she asked her, holding back a small laugh. It wasn't a bad thing, she just found it amussing.

Tessa shuddered. "I absolutely hate dirty things." she commented as she pushed the buggy. She was going to have to take it with her and bring it back later. She was against stealing but she figured she'd bring it back.
