The events taking place before Jeremiah's eyes were just a little more than a little frightening. The Ookami wanted to know quite badly why Madoka was suddenly trying to pull her hair out, and why the nurse had just fled from the room. Deciding that it would be less in the way for him to leave as well, the boyish man stepped outside and stood next to the nurse.
"I don't mean to pry or anything, but..." began Jeremiah hesitantly. "This is all very confusing. I think maybe why I want to help so much is because all I've really seen is that Madoka is a sweet kid with unfortunate circumstances. Perhaps... perhaps if you could shed some light on all this, I can understand why being in the middle of a fight made her go mute."

Keisko jumped slightly and whipped her tears away as Jeremiah came out the door, shocking her. She tried focusing on his words but only caught the last half. She struggled for a response.
"She is a sweet kid..." She said softly, sniffling. "And.. and she didn't use to have unfortunate circumstances..." Before I left for a while... "The only thing I can think of for her muteness is stress and overworking herself..." She said, her voice heavy with guilt and hurt.

"That seems to make sense," Jeremiah replied. "In the middle of that fight, she worked herself up into a fit when my friend's girlfriend was trying to keep her from throwing some knives at this one blonde lady who was fighting a clanmate I met once. Xion, I think her name was. She seemed to want to save another person as well. A big Ookami with brown hair. Seems like those were people she relied on." The more the boyish Duelist talked, the less sense it made, even to himself.

Keisko listened trying to figure out the situation. She felt horrible for it all.. she wasn't there for her like she promised. She was confused by the people and couldn't think of who he was talking about but none of it mattered anyways...
She nodded along and straightened herself. She decided that whatever happened, she couldn't control or change it so she should at least try and help Madoka. Then later, she may have a chat with Jeremiah about her... guardianship... She held back the tears refusing to shed anymore for something she couldn't change.
