Tekka had managed to regain the feeling in her arms and had slipped out of Kage's arms as they approached the popular restaurant for their meal that evening. The little thief bounding ahead then darting back like an impatient puppy that wanted to go to the park made of bacon and peanut butter... only now that she thought about it those two things didn't go all that well together. It was a relief to the Tora when they FINALLY reached the Wok, for her own stomach was cramping with hunger. She had skipped lunch after all.
Jack wasn't much better off, though he managed to keep from the slightly insane looking tactic that Tekka was using. He wondered how the servers would react to seeing him and his sister, both of them were notorious at the Wok after all. He was looking forward to seeing the reactions they got.

Kage couldn't resist a grin and a chuckle as he watched his girlfriend dart frantically back and forth down the sidewalk. They were approaching the doors now, and the order in the giant's mind was rapidly growing. At this point, it was up to a triple bacon cheeseburger, a double order of chili-cheese fries, and the largest chocolate malt the restaurant could afford to make.

Hotaru walked into the Wok with Jack and the others, looking around to see if any of her coworkers that she really talked to were working that day. She frowned, not seeing any of the people she normally hung out with during her hours as a waitress there. There went the discount idea she was gonna use. Though apparently a lot of the other waiters and waitresses seemed to either jump or react in some other sort at the sight of the four walking in. The ex gang leader laughed quietly to herself, knowing that it was the fact that Tekka and Jack had walked in that had scared the staff there. She already knew what her boyfriend was capable of pulling, and she had a feeling Tekka was about the same when it came to causing chaos at places like the Wok.

Jack looked to Tekka and Tekka glanced back. A silent agreement was made, that only if they got a certain server would they start screwing with the person's head. That was, if she still worked there anymore. Jack then strode forward and tapped on the maitre d's podium. "Table for four." He said as the man jumped back a bit and made the sign of the cross over his chest. Jack could have laughed, managing to restrain his urge.
The man gathered up a few menus and hurried the group off to a secluded table in the corner of the restaurant. He obviously didn't want them affecting anyone else's dining experience. Considering that Tekka and Jack had played football with a small loaf of french bread here before, the fear wasn't unfounded.

Kage couldn't quite decide whether the reactions of the staff thus far was hilarious or disconcerting. The giant took his seat last, and soon the table was approached by a slender, olive-skinned woman with long black hair that was pulled back in a ponytail. A look of mild caution lingered on her elegant face as she beheld the King siblings, but she seemed to have much better composure than the rest of the servers.
"Good evening," she greeted in a cheerful alto. "My name is Molly, and I'll be serving you today. May I start you off with some drinks?"
"Why yes," replied Kage. "If at all possible, I would like a chocolate malt in the largest glass your associates can find."
"I believe I can have that arranged," Molly quipped before turning to Tekka. "And what can I get for you, ma'am?"

Tekka smiled towards their waitress, a bit disappointed that it wasn't the correct one to torture. It was probably for the best though, a nervous waitress would draw quite a bit of attention. "A chocolate milkshake just as big as his, please!" She gestured to Kage and then gestured to Jack.
"Root beer, if ya don't mind." He gave a smile, just as secretly disappointed with his luck as Tekka was. He glanced to Hotaru for it was her turn to order.

Hotaru smiled politely at Molly. She hadn't talked to her but she did remembering seeing her a time or two during her shifts there. "Just a Dr. Pepper please." she said. Molly nodded and walked off to get the four's drinks a short moment later.
"So how's everyone feelin' 'bout today and all?" she asked, referring to the training they had all just gone through.

Kage had no clue why Tekka and Jack were sharing those secretive smiles, but their choice in beverages was enough to make the giant wave it off as some sibling mischief, and therefore nothing to worry about. He gave a thumbs-up to Jack, seeing as they apparently had similar taste in soft drinks. In response to Phoenix's question, the huge Tora grinned.
"I think we're at least seventy percent more lethal, thanks to that little crash course," answered Kage. "Which reminds me, Phoenix..." The giant leaned over toward his clanmate, so as to keep the conversation a bit more hushed. "When we first met, you said I'd learn your real name if I played my cards right. I think helping to train us all for a potential second war is playing my cards right, and besides," He gave a palms-up gesture. "if we're gonna fight on the same side, I think it's right to know your name, anyway." It wasn't terribly important, Kage supposed, but friends didn't keep such things from one another, typically.

Hotaru nodded and smiled politely at Kage. "Of course, you've earned it." She said, looking around the table for something to write on. She took a near by napkin and a pen that she had kept in her pocket, writing down 'Hotaru Megumi' on the paper. She didn't want to risk saying her name out loud, after all. She had a feeling he would recognize the name very well, like everyone else had so far. "I think you see why I'm so secretive with my name now." she then told him in a hushed voice to avoid anyone from overhearing.

Kage took the paper and looked it over. He wasn't sure if he was supposed to know why Hotaru was so secretive about her name, but he was able to play the part. With barely a second passed, the giant's face became astonished, and he nodded at his friend before balling up the napkin and discreetly eating it.
"I hope that won't explode..." remarked the eldest Tora quietly after swallowing the wad of paper.

Jack glanced to Tekka with a grin. "And even after this you'll kiss h-"
The blond shot him a death glare. "Just stop right there buddy boy or your piano's toast." Jack glared back.
"You wouldn't."
"But can you really take that risk?" Tekka's smug satisfaction was palpable as the pianist backed off. She smiled again.
"Anyway," Jack said, deciding to get back on topic. "What next? We've gotten some training but we need to be able to find him and probably sneak-attack him to put it to any use."

Hotaru took a moment to think about Jack's question. "Well," she began, resting her elbows on the table. "From that one surprisingly calm conversation I had with him a while back, it's pretty obvious that the school rooftop is a common spot for him to be at." she didn't wait to continue. "That being said, it's all a matter of when we'd catch him there."
She looked over at Jack. "You and my brother are the only Ookamis on our side, and I really don't want Matsuda dragged into this anymore." she paused. "That said, one way we could work things is if you somehow catch Aiden going off to the school and contacting all of us to give us the heads up and all meet there." she shrugged. "Just the first thing that came to mind." she ended with, waiting to hear their suggestions or comments on the matter.

Kage thought about it as Molly came out bearing two enormous milkshakes and two regular-sized glasses of soda. She set the drinks down and smiled at the two couples, a barely-perceptible glint of sad envy in her eyes.
"Are you all ready to order, or do you need a minute?" she asked cheerfully. Clearly, she was either good at hiding whatever was wrong, or she thought she had just come to terms with it. Kage looked at his girlfriend, then at Jack and Hotaru before looking up at the olive-skinned waitress.
"Just a minute or two would be nice," replied Kage. Molly nodded and walked off to attend to another table. When she was out of earshot, the giant continued. "Anyway, sounds like a plan. Since Tekka and I sleep in the same room and all, it won't matter that I don't have a way to be contacted." This was, of course, said with the undeniable fact that Kage had completely forgotten the phone in his jacket pocket.

A fork seemed to fly from no where and embed itself into the seat right beside Kage's head. Jack was the first suspect of course, mostly because he was missing his silverware, however, he kept his face calm. "Good, though I'm assuming you also have a cellphone in case Tekka doesn't have hers."
Tekka sighed. "I typically have it on now." She tried, quickly getting over the initial rattling of the fork. It was just a warning, Jack had killer aim when he wanted, especially at such a close range. Still, she had a feeling that he might react that way. "And Jack, he hasn't done anything."
The brunette gave her a half smile. "Tekka, I never said he had."
The thief frowned. "You implied it though..." There was simply a noncommittal shrug at this.

Hotaru held back a giggle at the short conversation carried between the two siblings. "Hun," she said, raising a brow at Jack, an amused smile on her lips. "You're starting to sound just like my brother when we were at the garden." she told him, wanting to see his reaction to that.
