Kage trudged through Plasma Vice Alley, kicking any manner of trash that lay in his path. It wasn't out of anger, it was just something to do. This was the location where he had hidden as a child, and where the White Brothers had found him. It was also where he had found his first cards. On this particular day, there seemed to be no one around for the giant to hang out with, so he was being his usual wandering self. Maybe someone or something would happen along to make things more interesting.

Michael hummed to himself, as he listen to his Ipod. He was leaning against a trashcan, his dueldisk on his arm as he waited for someone to walk by. Someone who would feel the wrath of his Zombie monsters.

Kage was so absorbed in his thoughts that he almost walked right by the vaguely familiar form of Mike, the kid from the grocery store awhile back. The giant stopped and turned to face the younger male.
"Hey, you," said the Tora, flipping the coin in his hand absentmindedly. "You're Michael, right? The poor fella who got demolished by my darling Tekka at the store a couple weeks ago?" He'd actually been sort of itching to Duel against this kid, himself. After all, no one got to hit on Kage's girlfriend and leave without a scar on their pride.

Michael looked at the huge male and blinked. Not hearing a word he had said, thanks to his headphones. He did however smiled, "Do you wanna Duel?" he asked loudly.

Kage sighed. If this kid was going to be listening to his music and not paying attention, the giant had better remove the distraction. He reached forward, extending a finger, and hooked the cord of the younger Duelist's headphones with it. This afforded him the opportunity to pull the device out of one of the smaller male's ears.
"I said, you're Mike, right?" Kage repeated, ignoring the teenager's challenge for the time being. "My girlfriend whooped you in a Duel at the store a couple of weeks ago, and your flirtatious nature has me irked. In light of this, I say yes to your offer of a Duel, so ready yourself for another defeat, lad."

Michael sighed, he had met this guy girlfriends? He shrugged his shoulder, "Well if I did meet your girlfriend and flirt with her. I'd like say sorry, but that was then and this is now." said Michael readying his duel disk. "Your move."

Kage shuffled his blue-sleeved Deck and slipped it into his Duel Disk.
"You're telling me to take the first move?" he asked with a smirk. "As it happens, I'm a charitable kind of guy, so I'll go ahead and let you have the first move."

Michael sighed drawing six cards "I set on monster card, and place two cards in my trap and spell zone. Your move." he said.

Kage couldn't resist a chuckle.
"Classic CPU manuever..." he mused, drawing his own cards. "First, a card face-down." The blue card appeared in front of him instantly. "Next, Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat (1200/400)!" From the depths of a huge purple gem sprang the form of a mauve feline that wore a large gem of deep violet on its collar. "And finally... My kitty attacks you directly for 600 points of damage!" The monster leapt forward, her claws extended and ready to slash.

Michael yawned, "I active my face down Magic Cylinder sending your attack back at you."

Kage quirked an eyebrow at the strange kid as his Life Points took a dent, the new total still a good 7400.
"I can't believe you just used such a powerful card to deal 600 points of damage to me..." he mused. "All right, then. I suppose that's the end of my turn. Go on."

Michael rolled his eyes, "Don't worry man I'm about to show you what fear is...." he mused drawing a card. Michael couldn't help but smile "I summon the monster card Zombie Master in attack mode and end my turn." he needed to wait until that face down could be taken care of.

Kage drew his next card and contemplated for a moment.
"First, I'll summon my Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth (1700/1600)!" A towering elephant with several uneven tusks took the field and stood beside its feline comrade. "Now, here comes my kitty again! Attack him directly for 600!"

Michael laughed, "Go my trap cradle Scrap Iron-Scarecrow." he yelled. "This baby stops your attacks and even returns face-down."

"Damn Scrap-Iron Trap Hole..." mumbled Kage. "Alright, then. Guess that does it for my turn. Come along then, and no nonsense." It seemed as though Mike concentrated a lot on stopping his opponent's attacks, which didn't make too much sense. Normally, that was a strategy reserved for Decks that didn't possess a lot of Attack Points, but Zombie-type monsters didn't typically lack in such a field.
