Aiden shrugged. "Won't bother me." The giant replied. "But if you're going to be in here, can you go get food first? I'm hungry." And there was no way he'd leave the room, Madoka didn't appear to want to be near the blond. Aiden didn't blame her. Besides, Aiden WAS hungry, he had skipped breakfast and lunchtime was almost over. His stomach growled loudly to punctuate his statement, the roar sounding vaguely like, 'feed me.'

Matsuda looked back and forth between the two. What had drove Madoka to turn to Aiden's side so quickly? He had to have brainwashed her somehow... or threatened her. That sounds more likely, at least he thought it did.
"Why don't you go get some if you're so hungry?" he asked Aiden rudely. "I'm perfectly fine without food right now."
"Matsu." Madoka started, catching this blond's attention. "Please?" she sounded a little weaker than she had a few moments ago.
He sighed after a bit more thinking. "Alright, anything in particular?" the question was mainly for Doka, but she just looked over at Aiden to see what he wanted to eat.

Aiden was prompt in his response. "Any sort of hot sammich, I'm not picky." He gave a shrug and looked to Madoka. "Whatever stuff their sending through that IV of yours probably isn't very filling, you want anything?"

Madoka shook her head. "I'm not too hungry." For someone that had been knocked out for three days, it was obvious she was lying.
"I'm getting you something anyway." Matsuda told her, walking out of the room and to the cafeteria. Madoka sighed, still tugging on Aiden's arm like it was some sort of teddy bear.
"I wanna leave..." she complained after Matsuda left. She started to sound weaker and more tired at every minute. If you put together the stress she had gone through plus all the blood she had lost in was sort of predictable. "I don't like it here.."

"No one does, Madoka. No one does." Aiden replied, allowing his arm to be used as a teddy bear. "I doubt you'd actually like busting out of here though. Lots of confusing disguises and a TON of messy legalities if caught." He wasn't actually speaking from experience on this one though. Still, he didn't blame her for not wanting to stay. In his opinion, hospitals were too sterile and bland. He understood they were needed and didn't fear them, but he didn't particularly like them.

Madoka frowned slightly. "This place... I think about the day Daddy died when I come here..." she admitted. "The took both of us here when they finally arrived, but it was too late for him. After making sure I was fine I overheard them talking with my aunt and suggested I went through counseling or therapy or whatever, almost tried it, too."
She suddenly let out a giggle and grin that looked completely normal. "But after talking with me for a little longer, they saw that I wasn't as shooken up as they planned, so they let me go!" she almost instantly shifted back to her frown. "That was the day I made the mask, ya know." she ended with. She rarely went to the hospital because of that, it reminded her of the most terrifying night of her life... and the thing she'd become because of it.

Aiden paused for a bit, then spoke. "I was in here for awhile once, after I saw my mom die, that is. Pretty much the same situation 'cept I didn't make my mask for a week after." Slight pause. "Well, a few days really, but by that time I started getting really bugged by the shrinks they had." He shrugged but there wasn't a smile at the memory.
"I just gave them the answers they wanted and they let me go free." As it turned out, all that 'wanting to change' stuff was 100% true, and by that point the not-then Ookami had already decided that Tekka was the cause of his troubles. Damned if he'd be swayed. "I don't really remember the 'after' part so much as my mom dieing, though." It was a bit difficult with the whole thing seared into his mind. It still plagued him in his nightmares.

Madoka listened to Aiden, but didn't make much eye contact with him, only looking down at her lap as he spoke. "We really are alike, aren't we Ai-ai?" she asked him. She smiled slightly, letting out a tiny giggle. "It's like you're my big brother or something." she then added, only half joking.

"Yeah," Aiden agreed. "And even if I don't really need another sibling, it looks like you'll need a big brother or something like that." He gave Madoka a gentle flick on the forehead. His stomach growled again as if questioning why the food wasn't there yet.

"Hey!" Madoka laughed lightly, hitting his hand slightly when Matsuda finally walked back in.
The blond Ookami paused at looked at his two younger clan mates before throwing a wrapped sandwich at Aiden. He walked over to Madoka and handed her another sandwich with a bottle of Dr Pepper, her favorite thing in the world. He then walked back to lean against the wall again.
Madoka didn't feel like eating, so she dismissed the sandwich almost instantly. Instead, she reached for the Dr. Pepper and took a few sips of it, surprisingly calm for once.

Aiden caught the sandwich before it connected with his head. He gave Matsuda a bland look. "Gee, how polite." He said dryly before tearing into the sandwich with fervor. Well, at least he hadn't gotten the wrong food. He paused after a moment and uttered a small "Thanks." before eating again.

Matsuda glared at Aiden at his first comment. "Says the one who put a lady in the hospital without regretting it." he threw back, annoyance clear as daylight apparent in his voice.
Madoka looked up at Matsuda upon hearing the comment. "Ai-ai wouldn't do that." she said seriously. She paused for a moment before looking over at Aiden. "Right?"

He nodded. "I did do it," He admitted, no traces of regret in his voice. "but your sister, Matsuda," He glowered at the Ookami. "Doesn't count as a lady." He had no trouble being honest with Madoka, it would be better than lying and having the young clan member be disgusted with him later. Besides, Hotaru didn't deserve words, she deserved her neck snapped and her body in a landfill.

The eldest and the youngest in the room dropped their jaws at Aiden's words. When it was made clear who it was, however, Madoka calmed down and took another sip of her soda. But for Matsuda, saying he was pissed was a HUGE understatement.
"Say that again." the blond growled. "C'mon, I dare you!" his voice started to grow in volume as he stood up straight, about ready to punch Aiden in the face. He had no trouble fighting in the current place he was at, not at all. There was no way he was letting something like that just slide.

Aiden blinked at him and repeated more slowly, as if he was a small child asking how to spell 'dog.' "Your sister," He repeated, voice even. "Doesn't count as a lady." He took another bite of his sandwich and swallowed before taking up his usual tone. "Are we honestly going to fight in a hospital?" He asked, quirking a brow. "It's not exactly the best location for an uninterrupted brawl."
