He shrugged his shoulders "That's fine by me" he said offering his hand "Come one"

Jack had ducked into the school earlier that day as a refuge. He couldn't exactly go back home or to the HQ with his brother on the loose and there was a storm brewing if his nose had told him right. True enough, thick clouds were gathering overhead, he could see them clear enough from his spot in the main music room. The Ookami sighed.
Today wasn't looking to be the best of days, but at least he wouldn't get wet and there was a piano in the room. The eighteen year old sat at the bench and rested his fingers on the keys, feeling more at home than he had for a few weeks now. Jack began playing, notes floating softly out of the room. He didn't mind if anyone heard him, after all, he had heard the violin playing not too long ago. Maybe he could repay a song for a song. And he didn't think they would mind 'Melodies of Life,' whoever they were, he had always thought it was good.

Yukiko nodded and gingerly stepped down from her perch, only to pause in mid-motion , having suddenly heard the faint sound of a piano coming from inside the building. She stood and listened for a moment, held captive by the sound before turning back to Noctis.
"I think someone may already be up there." She mused softly.

"Indeed" he said walking toward the door and pushing it open "The resemblance between you suggest that you are King's brother. The one that I think is trying to tap my sister" he told the boy pulling up a chair "Melodies of life from final fantasy 9.It's a very old game my friend I'd be suprised if you had a copy" he smiled
"Mind if I take over?"

Jack blinked as the song finished and two people walked in. He recognized Yuki from the headquarters, but he didn't recognize who she was with. He was put on high alert when he mentioned Aiden, however. "I'm Aiden's brother, yeah..." He said, feeling more than a little awkward despite the Kuma's smile. Jack hadn't exactly been expecting anyone to actually come in!
"I don't have the game anymore," He answered. "And sure, go for it." The brunette was pretty sure that was all the questions. He moved away from the bench to give the Kuma room to play and grinned towards Yuki.

"I have a copy" he replied sitting on the stool and cracking his fingers before mentally deciding to play his grade 8 piano final assessment song "I'll repay a song from a different game" he said before placing his hands on the keys.
He gracefully started the song slowly and building it up until it seemed his fingers weren't touching the keys, his eyes half closed as he knew it by memory. He came back down into slow melody
"Regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all.Nothing's like before" he muttered what was his favourite lines of the song.It seemed to end quickly as he ran down his fingers down to the left end of the keyboard to end the song "Simple and Clean"

Yukiko still lingered around the outskirts of the piano, listening quietly to both melodies. Music had a habbit of possessing her; seeping into her veins and trapping her in a sort of cocoon. She probably wouldn't be very responsive until the music ended.

The Ookami watched and waited, listening to the song. It'd been a long while since he had heard someone else play the piano well, and he made a note of how the Kuma played. After all, Jack wanted to keep getting better. No really formal lessons had given him a slight paranoia about his skills, especially when compared to others.

Noctis sat in silence for a few seconds "Silence.Either hate it or love it?" he questioned scratching his ears, fanning out one of the cat ear like spikes.

"Deffintely the latter." Yukiko responded with a helpful smile. "I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're just one of those people with natural talent." The Ookami herself had often envied her musically talent friends. She'd had years upon years of struggling to reach the level she was at now, and it certainly wasn't anything to gape at, at least not in her opinion.

"Honestly no.It took a good 10 years before I could play like this" he scratched his head replacing the cat ear spike. He turned to Jack
"How long did it take you" he asked fiddling with the keys playing Ikuto's song unintentionally.

Jack scratched his cheek. "I've always been kinda good at it, but it's taken..." He looked up, "I don't even remember how long. Over ten years, I know that..." He had started playing before his mother had died, so how long was that? "Fifteen years, maybe?" He honestly wasn't sure how long it had been.

Yukiko nodded as her fingers brushed the piano keys, not playing notes but instead merely taking in the feel of the instrument.
"Well it's good to know there are still some people out there who have to work for their talents," she mused with a smile. The green-eyed teen played a key whilst humming a little tune and then turned back to her two companions. "For awhile there I thought something was wrong with me."
