Xion walked along the beach, converse in hand. The soft sand rubbed between her toes. This was the first place she came after she woke up in the alley. It just seemed the calmest place to be.She looked at her braclet. She didn't even remember joining a clan. She got hit with a flash of white light. Some memories came flooding back. The problem was....
They weren't hers
The first one was off a girl and a boy staring out at the sea before the girl ran in.The second was off the same girl and another girl sitting on the sand. She clutched her head. She felt like she should remember. These memories they were so vivid they felt like they were hers. "Who are you?" she whispered

Persephone just so happened to hate normalcy. Yes, she could appreciate the beauty of everyday life; she could sit down and find a million ways to keep herself busy with nothing but the sky above her and the grass below, but today she was bored. And walked down this seemingly endless stretch of beach wasn't helping. Her mind was just too busy to let things go today.
Not fun.
So when potential distraction, in the form of a clearly troubled girl, showed itself, she couldn't help but embrace said opportunity. Persephone strode right up to the girl, crouched down just a bit to that they were at eye level, and with her head cocked to the side gave a brilliantly complex greeting.
"Hello."
Nailed it.

"Hi" she muttered looking at the girl then looking across the other girl in the clock "Hi Persephone" muttered the cloaked figure "she can't see me by the way"

"Normally the ocean is calming," Persephone cleverly observed, "but you seem to be quite troubled." She sighed. "The sea brings forth things we don't want to see, churning them up to the surface in chaotic waves." She glanced over at the girl beside her. "If you want to get all symbolic anyway."

"Amnesia. The sea seemed like a good place to regain memories but not mine.Your right they are things I don't want to see because they are so vivid they are mine but I know they aren't.My childhood was being yelled at by my grandmother" she sighed brushing a blond strand of her hair out of her face.

"It seems like most adults enjoy doing that." Persephone stated with a sigh, silently fighting off the memory of her father's many stinging words. She didn't care anymore, right? That's why she left, why she forgot. He was nonexistent to her. They all were.
"So you're trying to remember something? Funny, I have the overwhelming desire to forget things. Wanna trade?" Persephone sighed again, rubbing her temples for a moment before returning her gaze to the rolling waves.

"Not that I'm trying to remember somthing just trying to remember anything really.I just want a memory that's mine" Ignoring the laughing of the cloaked firgure she sighed
"Something to forget.A trade would be good" she giggled, skimming a stone on the water

"Hm, if only." Persephone bent over a picked up a rock, skipping it after the girl at her side had. However, the waves quickly caught it and sent it plummeting into the deep. Persephone just stared at where the rock had been for a moment, before sighing a speaking again.
"You know, if you really want to remember something, you'll just have to be paiteint. Everything comes back in time. Great for you, not so hot for me." Another sigh.

"Yeah hopefully" she sighed "It's just the thought of it being this way forever. I suppose I can just create so more memories right" she beamed

Persephone nodded thoughtfully.
"I suppose that's the beauty of forgetting." She stated softly, her eyes somewhat downcast as she examined the incoming waves. "You get a clean slate to start with."
The teen's eyes were distant, as if suddenly filled with some memory. However, she quickly snapped back into reality, offering a sheepish grin in replacement for her spaced-out look.
"It just seems easier that way, ya know?"

"I suppose but what if its something good i want to remember. It feels like a scattered dream like a far off memory.A far off memory like a scattered dream.I want to line the pieces up.Hers and mine" she said lying on the sand "At the moment it feels like I wasn't supposed to exist. Her or me"

Persephone honestly had no clue what this girl was trying to say. She seemed to be speaking of two different people, but as to who this second party was, Persephone hadn't a clue in the slightest. Still, it sounded like she had problems.
"By the way," Persephone chirped, dropping down in the sand next to her compainion, "I don't think I got your name. Mine's Persephone, if it's of any consequence."

Persephone blinked, her blank face slowly fading into a kind, helpful smile.
"It always helps to have a name with the face." She mused, turning her gaze back towards the ocean. "No matter how conflicted and confused the person."

"Huh oh yeah ... I suppose" she replied "A conflicted mind is the first sign of madness though"
