Mundo remained standing in the middle of the cemetary. He had his skull mask on and suit. He set his top hat aside somewhere to let his hair out. He clutched his sword in his gloved hands, wrapping them around the edge of his blade. His eyes were shut, and he was about to begin.
Step forward, side slash, step left, jab, up slash, forward, down slash, forward, right slash, left slash, back, jab, left, top right slash, bottom left slash, up slash, down slash, step left, top right slash, bottom left slash, down slash, bottom right slash, top left slash, step left, fast right slash.
One of the most basic fighting forms he learned. The sweat poured down from his face, but he didn't pant. Mundo opened his over coat and stuck the sword back in its scabbard before covering it back up with the over coat. With a sigh, Mundo took his skull mask off, just to rest. He looked around at the night. A cool breeze rolled through his hair as he observed the many names that lied around him. Some young, some old, some his age. Mundo put his mask back on before getting ready for another form.

Tekka was a little freaked by seeing a man in a skull mask swinging a sword in the middle of a cemetery. Especially considering her only form of defense was a switchblade and a duel disk, neither of which would help if this guy decided to hack her legs off.
She had come down here earlier to visit her mother, maybe take a nap. It was pretty peaceful at the cemetery, and it had led to her falling asleep. Too much pressure in too few days. She had seen someone get in an accident, he brother come home drunk, and her big sister come home after years.
So when she saw the skull-man swing the sword around, she ducked behind a grave and waited for him to leave or stop slicing the air before creeping away. But of course, the universe hated her, and that plan had been screwed from the start. As she was beginning to leave, a patch of dirt came loose and she slammed into the hard stone of a grave marker.
The tiny thief let out a holler of pain and gripped her head, falling to the ground and letting out a whimper. She HATED pain. It wasn't fun. 'So much for a swift and stealthy getaway.' she thought, sniffing and biting her lip in an attempt to get her mind off of her sore forehead. She didn't see the man take his mask off or put it back on though, to wrapped up in her own misfortune was she to open her eyes.

After Mundo put his mask back on, he, again, began the same form. Practice makes perfect was a lesson his old master taught hard. With a sigh, he began.
When he was finished, he put his sword away and bowed. It wasn't meant to be for anybody, just a regular bow, almost as if his master was standing right in front of him. The mere thought of him made Mundo emotional. Now 'boo hoo' emotional, more of a mental emotional, one that makes his sad.
Mundo looked around the cemetery a bit and heard a whimper, a female whimper, a young one. What person would be out here in the middle of the night, and a female none the less? His helping nerve kicked it and he walked over to a few headstones. He peaked over one and noticed a girl, holding her foreheard and eyes closed. He didn't make any noise, he just stood over her. All he did was smile. The moon casted his shadow over her, filling the area around her with darkness.
"Hello," he finally said, in sing song fashion.
His smile continued to remain.

The pain was beginning to fade when the skull-man (as Tekka had dubbed him for the time being) said the fateful first word. Tekka leaped up and back in panic, slamming the back of her head against yet another gravestone. "Dammit!" She swore, eyes shut tight as pain lanced through the rest of her skull. A slew of other curses slipped past her lips as well.
When she opened her eyes again a few moments later the first thing she noticed was skull-man's shadowed form right by the headstone and she stopped mid-swear. The sword seemed to be gone though, but that didn't mean he wasn't some sort of madman out for blood.
The actual likelyhood of this was pretty low in reality, but Tekka paid logic no heed at this moment.

Upon seeing the girl, once again, stumble over herself, Mundo couldn't help but manage a chuckle. The woman was Tora, judging by the bracelet she was wearing. She was back against another tombstone. When she released a slew of regularly vulgar words, he couldn't help but tease.
"Ooh, aren't you a potty mouth," he said.
He added another chuckle for effect. He then took his top hat off before tossing it onto a nearby headstone. His hair flew around his head, not long, but not too short to reveal his forehead, or where one would be should the mask not be there. He slowly walked over to her, offering her his gloved hand.
"Are you alright?" he asked.
He was pretty much crossing the line right now, both literally and figuratively. A stranger, at night, with a mask, helping a girl. Confucious says rapist. Thank god he's not Confucian.
He moved his hand to give it notice. He wanted to help, as his shock caused her stumble. He stifled another chuckle at the though of what happened.

Tekka quirked a brow. "Well, let's see," She began, standing up and wincing at the sudden motion. It wasn't a concussion, but it still hurt. "I'm with a possible murderer or rapist, with no way to call for help, and very small capability for protecting myself. 'Alright' isn't quite the word I would call how I'm feeling right now." She grinned despite herself.
"I probably shouldn't even be sticking around to ask, but who are you?" She took another step back to put just a little bit more room between them. The height difference was clearly apparent. Of course, she was fourteen and he was... older, so it was to be expected.

Once again, Mundo couldn't resist a chuckle. With that, he stepped back behind the headstone so as not to cause more awkwardness. He wasn't evil, he just liked a good joke now and again. He noticed her grin, and couldn't help but grin himself. She said something before then that caught his eye.
"But technically, I was here first. So you came to me," he said.
She heard her ask who he was. He noticed that the difference between was evident: clan, gender, age, height, weight, there were a lot of things different about them, but none of them should've mattered. Mundo wasn't like that, he just likes to have some fun.
"My name is Mundo Kindo," he said.
When he said his name, he bowed like a gentlemen, making sure to stay behind the headstone at all times.
"And no, I'm not a rapist or a murderer. Though that would be ironic, as we're in a graveyard," he said.
He could tell he wasn't helping his case, so he took another step back. The cool night breeze flew through his black hair, his top hat still in his hands. He had no idea who this girl was, but he just told her his name. Mostly because of common courtesy, but could it have been a mistake? Nah, she's just a girl, probably just got into Tora as well. With a sigh, he continued.
"Common courtesy: I told you my name, now you tell me yours, and are you sure you're okay?" he asked.

Tekka had heard nothing of the Kuma anywhere she had been. Still, she hadn't met many Kumas, so there was a logical explaination for that. He didn't seem to want to hurt her at all, really....
"My name's Tekka." She grinned, resisting the urge to curtsy in response to his bow. "And yeah, I think I'll be alright." She pulled her hand back from her head and inspected her fingers. No blood. She'd be fine. "Taking into consideration your fine taste in hats, I'm gonna believe you on the not being a danger thing." A laugh. "No criminal but me would dare wear a top hat."
She was well-known among her clan as a thief and pickpocket. Clan salaries didn't get paid to minors, just getting transferred to an account when payday rolled around. She needed someway of making money, and quick fingers (and feet) made her ideal for the job.

He couldn't help but chuckle at her after her hat joke. Okay it was a fake chuckle, but he still played along. Then he stopped, and turned into a smirk. A criminal she says? Hmmm...can you say exploitation?
"You call yourself a criminal?" he asked. "Not a very conversational thing to say."
He remained where he was, not wanting to make her feel any less comfortable. He was having his fun with her, in a non physical way. He would never do that, it's just wrong.
"What crime do you do, exactly?" he asked.
He was digging, but she seemed like the talkative type.

Tekka noted his enthusiasm for the topic of her crime, and while what she did wasn't all that big it served to annoy many of the people in the city. She quirked a brow. "You do realize that youth doesn't translate into stupidity, right? I'm not going to tell you. Odds are I've done it to you and personally, I value my life."
She wasn't gonna spill that quickly. There was nothing for her to defend herself with if he got angry and decided to pull out the sword from earlier. He didn't seem like he'd be pissed enough to commit second degree murder (or first, if any of this was planned. Though for that the odds were ever-decreasing) but what was the point in getting into trouble with a guy that could obviously kick her ass?
Then again, she was probably faster....

Mundo had noticed her quick response. And the response itself for that matter. He couldn't help but get his smirk wider and release a small chuckle. She was an interesting child, and a smart one at that, despite her young age. The youth of this nation and its IQ were getting more impressive each year.
"You say you might have done it to me," he said.
He pauses a bit to create some tension.
"But who's to say I haven't done it to you either?" he asked.
Once again, he releases a chuckle. He keeps his hands on the tombstone. No, he never attacks children, not even if they deserve it. But she obviously didn't know that.
"See, you don't know me, and I don't know you. You say you're a criminal, but who's here to say that I'm not? That I'm not really a thief," he said.
Mundo took his hands off the tombtone and opened his overcoat up. He took his the scabbard of his sword off his belt. All he did was hold it in front of him. He didn't take the sword out or anything.
"Tell me, are you frightened, now that I have my sword out?" he asked her.

Tekka had had a witty retort up her sleeve for the earlier statements, though the sight of the sword (still sheathed, luckily) seemed to have made it vanish. The blond contemplated blowing it off and acting like the weapon didn't freak her out, but she had flinched a little.
Damn spooky, horror-movie-esque graveyard.
"Considering the way you were swinging it around earlier, you could probably take off my head, but that would be a little messy..." Mundo most likely wouldn't hurt her, but there was no real harm in telling the truth, right? Especially if he caught the flinching and decided to lunge to test the girl's statement. "But yeah, it scares me a little."

Once more, he chuckled. But alas, it was not to last, as he put the sheathed sword back under his overcoat. He sighed once again before continuing.
"Then tell me, what kind of criminal are you?" he asked.
(crappy post, don't care, sorry either way)

The Tora wasn't entirely sure why he had decided to ask again when her position didn't appear to be wavering on the matter (though it may have seemed different to him, she wasn't sure). She pantomimed zipping her lips. "Not telling. Try again later." She leaned forward and patted his shoulder consolingly, as if he had lost something dear to him instead of meeting up with a stubborn teen, grinning all the while.
She leaned back against the headstone and took out Mundo's wallet, flipping through it nonchalantly, as if he couldn't see her do it. Now, to find out what sort of face resided behind that mask, he'd have to have an ID somewhere.
(OOC: It's fine. No big deal. ^^")

Mundo let the Tora tap her shoulder, you know, for giggles. But when she took his wallet, that's when she stepped over the line. She was having fun, flipping through it, not trying to hit it at all.
But before she reached his ID, he quickly snatchd it from her hands and held it far above his head so she couldn't reach it, like a bully who won't give back the girl's doll.
"Sorry. You won't tell me, you don't find out," he said. He added in a chuckle at the end for his own amusement.
This Tora was really looking to be a nuisance, but he was enjoying this time, even if it was rather strange.
"Besides, my face is a hidden identity. Only the people I most trust can see it. And although I am enjoying this time, I just can't trust a criminal," he said.
He couldn't resist another smirk, as well as another chuckle.
