Madoka smiled, laughing slightly. "Well, that's good to know." she said, thinking of the war. She knew that hope was probably going to be a big one for her, considering the fact that total chaos could be knocking at their doors the next day.

Caitlyn continued with the reading. "These are your fears." She turned the card over, revealing a ruined city whose centerpiece was a crumbling spire being struck by lightning. "The Tower." She whispered the name of the card. "Represented by the ruins of Mount Etna, fortress of the Titans, who ruled before the gods. It represents destruction and violent, negative change. A natural thing to fear, especially with the war going on."

Madoka took this in for a short, quiet moment. She finally smiled warmly. "Well, can't expect everything to be all rainbows and butterflies, right? Especially with the war, like you said." the girl's ability to stay positive in most situations was surprising to some, and annoying to others. It didn't mean she wasn't scared. In fact, she was terrified, but chose not to let it take control over her life like it had for so many others.

Caitlyn nodded. "Madoka, remember this, at least. Fear is not a bad thing unless we let it cripple us," she said, looking the girl in the eyes. Then, she returned to the spread and flipped over the next card. "This is how others view you," she said. It was a beautiful scene, of bountiful flowers and plants spreading out over what seemed to be miles. "The Ten of Pentacles." She looked up. "A card of happiness and success. Others around you clearly view you very positively, which is of course true."

Madoka smiled childishly, clapping her hands together. "Yay!" she exclaimed. She giggled warmly and scratched her head a little. "That's good news!" she always was aware of how happy and cheerful she could be, but she enjoyed knowing that others noticed this as well.

Caitlyn smiled slightly. "These are your hopes," she said, revealing the next card. The image was an incredibly handsome blond man, standing in front of a golden chariot. "The Sun, one of the more positive cards in the Tarot. It represents happiness, success, triumphs, contentment, prosperity, and good health."

"You got that right!" Madoka said merrily. "I don't know who wouldn't want all those things." she smiled at her friend for the millionth time. She silently wondered if the cheerful grin was getting old or not.

"This is the outcome," Caitlyn said, flipping it over. The final card was a man surrounded by fire, with ten burning wands under his feet. "The Ten of wands, here represented by Hercules on his funeral pyre, ascending tot he realm of the gods." She looked up. "This card may represent feeling overburdened or taking on more than one can handle," she said. "However, it also means that there is hope for great success with effort and determination,"

Madoka stared at the last card. Overburden, great success, effort, determination. An interesting card to the young teen, but she wondered to herself what kind of burden and success it was talking about.
She then looked up at Caitlyn. "Wow, thanks. That was awesome!" she told her. "How'd you learn to do this sort of thing, anyway?"

"You're welcome. I hope this was enlightening." Caitlyn said, picking up the cards and placing them back in her deck of Tarot cards. She shuffled them and then placed them back in the center of her cloth.

Mel sat on the bench, black iPod in hand listening to Adam Lambert.Eyes closed lying back on the bench she could fall asleep here but again she would look really random and that was not a option. She opened one eye and looked around the area.Nothing unusual happening exept the brown haired girl telling peoples fortunes. A small smirk sliped across her lips.Fortunes ehh well lets see if my unpredictable life is one that can be predicted. Getting up from the bench, much to the liking of the old couple who had apparantly been yelling at her for the past five minutes, she walked over towards the fortune teller. She smiled "Hey could you tell my fortune?.With my unbelivably crappy life it would be nice to know whats coming" She agusted her googles waiting for her to answer.

Caitlyn looked surprised at this new person. "Alright," the black-haired girl said. She was never one to deny a reading, even to a person that was as much of an...odd bird as this girl. "Do you know anything about the Tarot?" She asked. "And how in-depth of a reading do you want?"

"Honsetly I know nothing about Tarot and honestly I don't mind. In depth would be nice" she said grudgingly. She never usually did this sort of stuff and was a little unsure of what would happen next.

Caitlyn considered. "How about the most traditional spread,t he one I did for Madoka? It's called the Celtic Cross." She held out the cards. "Shuffle them card over card, then cut in three and stack bottom, middle, top," she instructed.

"Okay" she said shuffling then cutting the cards bottom, middle then top just as Caitlyn had told her "Now what?"
