The night life was filled with strange creatures. Some were people who only wanted the worse for others, and some were people trying to make a quick buck by any means. It was the daredevils that got Akio the most. So many people rushed him to try and get money, but he didn't have anything on him. This got him in trouble until he showed his blank wallet.
He sat on a bench, giving up once and for all on finding any form of peace here. How on earth can the Tora live like this? It's filled with such...such trouble. He wanted to bring peace, yes, but he had limits. He sighed, now focused on nothing but a giant building. These buildings are so unneccesary...why do they need to block out the moon and sun? They block the sky, the greatest beauty in existance.
((Edited by Akio, I'm not in this rp topic. It's gone on too far and I don't feel like catching up right now. Have fun ;D))

In some ways the place reminded her of an ant's nest. Everybody going about their own business, knowing exactly where to go and having a path seemingly coordinated to fit in with the rest of the crowd. There were a few people who would constantly run in to each other, most likely thieves, but other than that everything went smoothly.
One of these days I'm just going to go completely nocturnal... Katiana though, sitting on a bench that was perfectly positioned to watch the crowd. It was true that lately she had been mostly active at night, though the lights here where so bright you could almost call it day. Sometimes she missed the moon, though if you looked hard enough, even here you could still see it.

Swift fingers were necessary for thieving, Tekka knew this first hand, and while she was one of the better thieves it still got a bit tricky at times. Now wasn't one of those times.
In fact, it was so dull that she wondered if people were even paying attention to their belongings and/or belts. Tekka had the strange habit of pantsing her more oblivious victims. It'd teach them to be a bit more aware of their surroundings and of their possessions
Sitting down at the edge of the fountain in the center of the mall began counting out her money and various knick-knacks. It wasn't like she every took anything too valuable looking, more often than not it was rather useless junk that she found either interesting or just wanted. Like the unopened pack of gum she held in her hand now.
Popping a piece into her mouth and relishing the taste she continued to count. Though after a moment of leafing through the pile she realized that yes, she had enough for what she wanted and yes, she could stop stealing for tonight.
She felt eyes on her, she looked around and saw no one, though the paranoia didn't leave. She calmly placed the money in her backpack with the belts of the unlucky and moved over to a bench.
There was an older boy on this bench that had blond hair and purple eyes, he seemed more than a little sad. Tekka cast a gaze to his wrist to find the purple bracelet of the kuma.
Never one to hold grudges against clans, she pointed to spot next to him and smiled. "This seat taken?"

Suddenly, a black haired woman fell right at Tekka's feet. Looking up, a familiar grin surfaced. "I seem to be falling more often lately......"
Looking up at the boy on the bench, she waved, smiling. "Hi, I'm Kairi Valor. You'll probably know me by how clumsy I am."
Kairi sat up, sitting cross legged on the ground, and smiling goofily. "I was just walking and tripped over my own two feet again. You'd be surprised at how much that happens. It's almost as if my feet want to kill me."
Not knowing if her presence was too much, Kairi motioned between Tekka and the boy. "Do you two mind? I'll let Tekka have the seat, and I'm perfectly comfortable on the ground. I end up here most of the time anyway....."

(OOC: Akio, you were so right. Kairi, take not of just how much easier it is to play Tyson.)
Tyson Hikari walked cautiously through the mall, knowing that he was no longer in familiar territory anymore. He wore long garments to lie low, and make himself not seem so suspicious as he was walking through the mall, but he couldn't help visit these types of places. Cyber-Twin central is the biggest mall in Hatsu Itonami, and such, it's full of life and bustling activity. The Enormous Mall has stores of basically anything you can imagine, from clothes to games to food and back again, and was an absolutely great place to hang out in. If it were up to him, Cyber-Twin Central would be one of the places he wanted to take over the most.
As he looked around at all the crowds, all he really wanted to do was find a place to sit down. As he weaved through all the masses of people, he soon noticed an Ookami sitting on the ground, but didn't yet notice the Tora right next to her. "Why, may I ask," He started quizzically, eyebrow raised, addressing Kairi, "are you sitting on the ground in a public mall?" It was something Tyson was curious of, and as he started to stifle his laughter, a smile crept upon his face ever so slightly.

Kairi looked up and grinned. "Because everytime I stand up, I end right back on the ground."
She shrugged. "I'm always falling about, so I figure, this way, I don't embarrass myself farther, and no one else gets hurt."
Kairi's face was priceless. She looked awfully like a pouting kid, with her eyebrows close together and her arms crossed haughtily over her chest. "Stupid ground......"

At the display of childishness Tekka burst out laughing. "I've said it before and I'll say it again, your feet have a vendetta against you." Still chuckling she turned towards the man. "You can ease up you know. I'd be surprised if anyone were to try and jump you here."

Grumbling, Kairi said, "Yeah, except me and my clumsy self. That's the only thing you have to worry about."
Laughing, Kairi looked up to Tekka. "I told you they did! They want to kill me."
She turned back to the man still standing. "This conversation sounds weird, I'm sure."

"I'm honestly surprised to even see what exactly is going on here. Wolves and Tigers freely conversing? This isn't exactly something I expected seeing, the morale of the war must be way down since I remember, somewhat of a shame, really." Tyson moved his mouth to one side, before dismissing it as non-noteworthy. "I still would rather remain on my guard, I have little reason to trust any of you, now do I?" He gently crossed his arms, before sighing, and looked to Kairi. "And you shouldn't either, really."

"Hey!" Tekka exclaimed indignantly and pointed to her wrist. "This orange, see? I'm a bear! A bear! Say it with me now. Buh-ay-er." Not that Tekka was particularly pissed about the whole clan-confusion. But she felt like messing with someone.

Jumping to her feet, Kairi held her hands up and stepped between the two. "Just because a War says you have to do something, are you going to do it?"
Kairi turned to the new male, smiling. "You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. We are in different Clans, but Tekka is my best friend, and our Clans have nothing to do with it."
Turning to Tekka, Kairi ruffled her hair. "And you and your temper are going to get you into a lot of trouble one day."
Kairi chuckled, patting Tekka's head for good measure. She then grinned widely. "If you two don't behave, I might have to treat you like your still in Kindergarten."

(OOC: You know Tora is Tiger, right Tekka? XP)
Tyson blinked gently. "Orange is Tora. Tora is Tiger. I don't understand what's going on with this one. How in the world are you a bear?" Tyson shook his head gently, amazed at the amount of fail that has just taken place, she didn't even know what clan she was in. "Yeah, well, I'm the type that sticks with my clan over most else, perhaps it's a bit different for you. I'll act civil, though, but forgive me if I have any accidental slip ups. Being trained to be uncivil gets ingrained after a while."
Tyson didn't like it at all, he just decided that there was no reason to be rude at the moment or anything such.
"So, her name is Tekka, is it?"

Kairi bowed to the male before her. "Yes, and I am Kairi Valor. It's nice to meet you."
Kairi resumed her position, and flopped onto the ground, right in between the two. "All we can do is you ask to be civil. We are people, whether we are in different Clans or not. So to me, it really doesn't matter."

(OOC: *stares, headdesks* How in the world did i fuck that one up? Pay me no heed! *puts on the dunce cap*)
Tekka shrugged. "Well my knowledge of the 'ye olde' clan names from which the current ones are from is rusty and I never really made the connection. Plus, I've seen an orange bear." She grinned, the hair ruffling having calmed her down somewhat. "And yes, I'm Tekka, Tekka King."

"Of course we are all people, but keep in mind, we are still at war. I doubt the US Government had any civil talks with Japan during the latter part of World War II, but perhaps that's just my thinking. This is regardless of whether it was right, or not. Anyway, my name is Tyson Hikari, Duelist, Ookami Clan. Pleasure to meet you as well."
