Gabe had gotten used to working at the range pretty well, then again it also helped that he kind of grew up around the building and knew the general gist of how things went. The blond gunslinger-in-training was walking towards the lobby to finish up a few things before he was done for the night when he heard commotion going on. No one should have been in the lobby at the moment that he was aware of...
A hand was kept over his gun while he slowly peeked into the lobby. Of all the possible scenarios that he would have expected to happen, the figure that had somehow gotten inside through the window hadn't been one of them. It was a woman, he could tell that much, but her head was covered by a hood. She seemed to have just fallen through the window and was now laying on the floor. Gabe's eyes widened when he spotted blood and rushed over to get a look.
The hood that was covering her head moved as Gabe shifted her to see where the blood was coming from, thought he didn't notice her face immediately. Instead, he saw the bullet wound from her thigh and quickly pressed his hands over it while he thought of something else to cover it with. It didn't take more than a second or two to forget about any self consciousness he'd have over his scars and he pulled off his shirt to use to put pressure on the wound better; it would do a better job than his hand anyway. Once that was done the blond shouted in the direction of where he knew for a fact better help was when it came to this. "Guys someone's shot!!" He yelled at the top of his lungs, not sure where everyone was at that moment but hoping they were close enough to hear.
His head whipped back around to check on the girl, and his eyes widened yet again when he saw the head of white hair.
Karina just gave a small and hesitant smile as she tried to keep calm. Deep breaths, those were good. "N-nice to see you again, Gabe..."

Egil was the first one to respond to the distress call, years of medical training quickening his pace to get there and when he arrived, well... What he saw wasn't good. What had he expected, though? This was the running luck of the Alabaster family it seemed. "Keep the pressure up," he said to Gabe as he crouched next to the girl -Karina, he realized after a second- and opened the medkit. After all the messes that had happened in the past few weeks and months, Egil had taken to keeping a much better stock of medical equipment around the range.
The Swede looked to Karina as he pulled out some more appropriate materials. "What happened?" He asked her. He wasn't sure how clean a shot the bullet was, and there was too much blood to see the damage right now, they had to at least stop a fair bit of the bleeding before he could find out what precisely he was working with. Karina could clear a bit of it up.
Satoru arrived a little after, wheels were harder to maneuver than feet were, and it wasn't like he'd be much help anyway. Still, if they needed to move the girl (and they likely would, shots to the leg you didn't really walk off after a few minutes), he at least knew a place the could move her to in the range...

Oh good, this guy was one of Tori's dads right? The medic? Perfect, it was the whole reason she forced herself to stumble here in the first place. Hospital would have been a bad idea considering what she'd been doing. Though the blond man was still wanting an explanation... Darn it.
"Bullet's still in there." Karina spoke quickly, trying to keep her breathing relatively calm. This hurt so much oh goodness. "Please I'll explain once it's out." She could only think so much with all the blood she had lost, and what she had to say may or may not be taken too well so she would like to have her head together for it.
Gabe stayed silent as he kept pressure on the wound. There was a lot of blood here, and he wasn't sure if he was going to be sick after this or not considering it was his first time being on THIS end of a bullet wound. He did glance over for a second and notice something that was strapped to the whitette's back. Was that a sword? The hell? He decided against saying anything for the moment and turned his attention back to the bleeding.

Egil just nodded and motioned for Gabe to move aside for now. He could take it from here, and he'd need some space to work. Not to mention that the kid was looking sick, and could probably be more help to Satoru in making sure they had somewhere to put her later. Egil set to work on Karina's leg, cleaning the blood and stemming the flow of blood as he examined the wound. Bullets were generally self-sterilizing since they came out and went in hot, and truthfully if it was still in there and not causing damage it was going to be best to just leave it in.
Right now disinfecting the wound and staunching the blood flow was more important, and if the bullet needed to be removed it could be done later after Karina was out of immediate danger. With that in mind, the Swede started his work.
Satoru gestured for Gabe to follow him. They were going to have to clean up the blood soon, and he'd have to leave that to his more mobile employees, but for now he wanted to make sure the safe room was ready for the Ghost. Gabe would be more help with him than kneeling in a pool of blood.

Gabe moved and followed Satoru, leaving his now bloodied shirt behind since he didn't see himself wearing it anytime soon. He'd most likely just throw it away, it wasn't one he was really fond of.
The blond took a breath to get himself together and reached to push his hair out of his face until he noticed his hands still had Karina's blood on them. He looked down at his step dad like he wasn't sure if it was a good time to wash it off before doing... whatever it was they were about to do? He didn't like being clueless, but he'd find out soon he guessed.

Satoru gestured for Gabe to wash his hands as he leaned down from his wheelchair to pick up the destroyed shirt. They'd need to clean it all up, and that meant getting rid of any and all evidence. Including all the blood.
Gabe would probably have to do that, poor kid.
"Wash up then help me get the safe room ready, the kid's gonna need it." Karina would have to be put somewhere safe, for her sake and theirs. If she had killed anyone of importance then she'd made some enemies, certainly. Whatever she was doing might have led people this way, probably not for a while, but they'd need the place cleaned up before someone got the wise idea to run after her. Ghosts made an impact.

Gabe nodded and went off to wash his hands. He made sure he hurried, because he knew he was needed to help get everything together for Karina. He also might need to help clean the blood... That, he wasn't so excited for, but he would deal with it. This wasn't the time to get sick.
The white haired teen tried sitting up a little as Egil worked on her leg. It still hurt like crazy, but she was wanting to see what he was doing. "Are you going to be able to get it out?" She asked. She had walked a while with the bullet in, and it hadn't helped in the slightest. Actually, she was afraid it might have made it worse.

Egil shook his head. "That'd cause more damage than it would fix." Trying to remove the bullet right now could actually significantly increase the young woman's blood loss. It would hurt for a while, and he might try to extract it later with more time and better tools in less strenuous circumstances, but she would be fine with it in. "It won't hurtcha much, just ask 'Toru." God knew that the ex-Tora had a good dozen of them still lodged in him.
Satoru wheeled himself towards the safe room as Gabe finished up. He, Egil, Eva, and Mina had the only master keys to this room, and it had a number of locks inside as well as outside. It was stocked with a bit of gear, and while it had a cot, something told Satoru it was going to see a good deal of use in the future...

Karina let out a quiet sigh but nodded, as long as it was safe then she was okay with it. Still, it didn't hurt to ask a few more things. "Will it effect walking or running?" Or jumping, or... Well, moving her legs in anyway.
Gabe washed off his hands fast enough and made his way over to meet Satoru by the safe room. He never had a reason to be over here before, so he wasn't sure what all they'd be looking at here. "So what're we doing?" He asked as he arrived. Maybe a better wording would have been to ask what HE was doing, there was only so much Toru could do from his wheelchair.

"Not for too long," the Swede replied. "Gotta let it heal." He wrapped the now-patched injury up. She'd need help walking for a bit, but Karina would likely regain her full range of motion. It was just a matter of when and if she sat still long enough for it to heal... Speaking of which, there was no way she'd be able to stay here without her parents noticing something... "You'll have to call your folks, you can't hide a gunshot wound."
Satoru passed over his key. "Unlock it, I can't reach half of them." A horrific oversight? Only if he had ever expected to become as short as he was sitting. "After that you'll need to pull out the bed, something tells me Karina won't be going home to recover with her family." He'd head back to check how Egil was doing soon.

Gabe took the keys and went to unlocking the safe room. Once it was opened he tossed them back to his step father before getting to work on getting things set up for Karina, he hoped she was doing okay.
Karina shook her head at that. "I can if it's healed before I see them. I'll tell them I'm at a friend's tonight." It didn't take her long to realize that her weird healing had to do with the whole Ghost thing, but she decided not to go into detail about that.
"Thank you very much for the help." She said with a slight smile. She tried sitting up more before attempting to stand. Granted, she wasn't healed enough to stand up right without pain just yet, but she didn't want to overstay her welcome either.

Egil shook his head. "Lemme help," he said, helping support her weight. He didn't want her to undo all of his hard work after all, or making herself get in any worse shape than before... "The room you can use is this way." He guided the Ghost (Satoru had informed him, as well as Mina and Eva, about what he knew of the group and how Karina was outside of their ranks but one of their breed) down the hall and away from the smears and smatters and streaks of blood they had left behind on the floor, towards the direction of the safe room.
Satoru caught his keys and started wheeling his way back to the front, catching Karina and Egil as they moved down the hall. "Good, Gabe's getting the room ready. What happened, kid?" If it was dangerous enough he'd put the range on watch for gang members, it wouldn't be anything they couldn't handle. Karina had talent and was a bred killer, but the Range had numbers and skill. "If you let people alive, odds are you left a blood trail for them to follow, so I need to know."

Karina wanted to protest to the extra assistance, and even more so at the mention of her staying in a room there for the night. Unfortunately she didn't have time to before she was guided further into the range. They really didn't need to help her this much, she has only needed help getting patched up.
As Satoru wheeled his way towards them the white haired teen braced herself for... something, she didn't know what, but she wasn't expecting a good reaction. Instead, he had just asked her to explain what happened. Karina ignored her confusion for the moment and sighed. "Do you honestly think I left anyone alive?" She asked before explaining. "It was just three gangsters, they tried to attack someone and I jumped in. The first two were simple enough, but it gave the third one enough time to pull out a gun. I still managed to get to him before he could try for a second shot, I'm just not sure if any others were nearby." By that point she was a little too focused on getting medical attention. "Um... Not that I don't appreciate the help, but I think I may have caused you enough trouble as it is..."

Well, Satoru thought to himself, at least she was handling herself in fights. With some luck and experience,Karina likely wouldn't need too many patch jobs like this in the future.
Still, he had to resist the urge to roll his eyes at her 'imposing' on them. "Not really," he replied. "Plenty of others have asked for more with less cause than immediate physical injury." He rolled alongside as Egil continued to help Karina to the safe room. "So stay the night, at least. We can bullshit some excuse for you in the morning if you need."

Karina honestly seemed stunned as they continued to go through the range. "I- well I, uh..." She trailed off, not exactly sure how to respond to that. She honestly didn't get why they were being so nice to her. It wasn't like she had done anything wrong, of course, but when Satoru and Kiyoko had first explained the Ghosts to her they didn't exactly seem like fans of them.
Gabe was just finishing up getting things set up for Karina when they arrived. The blond teen turned around to face them and made room for her to get to the bed. Karina seemed better now, at least she wasn't bleeding anymore.
