Sora grinned, "Yep, best parents in the world." His response was cheerful as ever, though he had to admit, he was hoping that his roommate wouldn't mind that. The hesitation was a little... well, ominous.

Parker's smile grew a little, but he tried not to give away anything or show a sign of relief that he was overcome with inside. Good, he didn't mind it, but he still wanted to wait before saying anything. He just didn't feel comfortable telling someone he'd barely met, even if they WERE sharing a room. He would tell him, eventually. "Well they must be if they raised you. You seem like a very nice person." He hoped that didn't give away anything, it shouldn't have right? It was just a statement, it had nothing to do with himself.

Sora, who was keeping some attention on Parker out of the corner of his eye, didn't miss the small smile. A huge weight slid from his gut at the sight. "Thanks, I'll let 'em know their child-rearing skills are gettin' rave reviews," he laughed before turning his full attention back to Parker for a moment, deciding to leave the topic of the smile alone for a bit. "I'm glad you're not freakin' out." He admitted. Honestly, it wouldn't have been the first time he had to defend his parents' honor. It didn't happen often, but when it did Sora always felt sick to his stomach.

Parker shrugged a little as he went back to putting his stuff away. "I don't see anything wrong with it, people should do what makes them happiest." His parents wouldn't really agree to that sort of mindset, but thankfully he had cousins like Angel and Sloane(though she didn't know, Parker was positive she had her suspicions) there to keep him from being like that. "I think it's a great thing to be honest."
