Perri swung her bag around as they walked. She pulled her key out of her pocket and unlocked the cafeteria door. She waved Karina in and then followed, locking the door behind them. The blonde skipped through the empty darkened room, humming slightly. She unlocked the door to the kitchens and flipped on the lights. "Welcome to the kitchens!" she announced cheerfully.

Karina looked around the kitchen, feeling a little uncomfortable being there. "Wow, y-you really do have access." she mumbled awkwardly. "How long have you been able to get in here...?" She was a little curious, but it still didn't change the fact that she felt odd about being in there. She was still a little worried that they could get caught.

Perri chuckled and walked through the kitchen straight to the oven where her usual meal is left by Miss Janet. She pulled out the plate of fried chicken strips which had been heated by sitting in the oven. "Mmm, this is gonna be great, I can share, there's other snacks on the other side of the room." She plopped down at a preparation table and started on the plate of chicken.

Karina sat beside Perri and shook her head a little at the offer. "I'm not hungry, go ahead." She really wasn't, she'd had a pretty good lunch so she wasn't really looking to eat anything at the moment. "How long do you normally stay in here?" she asked her, wondering when the bell was going to ring for them to go to their next class.

Perri shrugged and swallowed her bite. "Depends on the day, most of the time I leave after the bell rings for class. I'm never on time, being on time takes the fun outta things." She replied taking another bite of the chicken.

Karina nodded and rubbed her arm a little more. "I see..." she mumbled. She didn't want to be late for class, even if it meant leaving Perri(which she was pretty sure the blond actually wouldn't mind).

Perri eyed Karina curiously. "So, why'd you decide to tag along miss mother figure? You don't seem like the type to do any sneaking around or skipping." The girl looked like the biggest Goodie Two Shoes she'd ever seen.

Karina shrugged, feeling the awkwardness once again take over. "I don't really know, I guess it's just because I wanted someone to actually talk to and not sit around like an idiot." It was the honest truth, as lame as it sounded.

Perri chuckled. "Ah, well, that's pretty desperate of you to follow a troublemaker like me just to keep from looking stupid." She teased grinning slightly then took another bite of chicken.

Karina sighed and hung her head a little before sitting up straight again. "Yeah, well..." she shrugged. "Like I said, I don't know." she laughed and messed with her hair again.

Perri just chuckled at her reply and munched on her chicken. "You're pretty peculiar." she said as she watched the girl ruffle her own hair. "Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, it's just different."

Karina blushed a little and laughed. "Th-thanks, I think." With that she heard the bell ring for class to end. "Well, I guess I'll be going. I'll leave you to yourself." She probably didn't want to be around her for too much longer anyway, Karina would probably just end up making Perri look bad or something like that.

Perri chuckled and nodded. "See ya later Mommy Dearest." she said waving her fingers and grinning, she even threw in a wink. "I'm sure I'll see you around sometime."
