Karina giggled with her and nodded her head, blushing a little. "Yeah, but I don't know, I just like how free they are. They can just fly off whenever they want and do whatever they want." The thought seemed nice to her(not that she ever had the feeling of being on lock down at least).

Perri shrugged in response. She agreed with the girl, whether she wanted to admit it or not. Perri always had that feeling of restriction regardless of her sneaking out habits and partying ways. She may seem like she was free, but it never truly felt that way, not all the time. "I guess I understand." she admitted quietly.

Karina nodded with Perri at her response. After watching the game go on for a while longer, the white haired girl looked back at Perri with a smile. "So do you still hate me?" she asked calmly, trying not to rattle her up. She didn't like fights in the slightest, she tried avoiding them.

Perri looked over at Karina. "Who said anything about hate, I was just annoyed at you." she answered-- surprisingly-- truthfully. "I was already irritated before all that anyways, so I guess it's not really your fault." she added, shrugging slightly.

Karina laughed and nodded. "Well, I just wanted to be sure. You could never know with the people around here, especially the girls." she sighed. "I never know who I can actually talk to around here without getting my head bitten off these days." she added with another light chuckle to herself.

Perri chuckled and smirked. "Usually you don't try talking with people by using volleyballs to faces." she joked. "You've just gotta be louder and more open, being too nice gets annoying after a while." Perri could tell just by the first few words that Karina had said that she was a bit TOO nice.

Karina rolled her eyes a little. "That was an accident, mind you. And I can't help what I am." she sighed. "Besides, the little kids at the dorms love it, I play with them a lot." She was sort of the unofficial mother at the dorms oddly enough, they just sorta saw her like that. "People my own age on the other hand, I just don't really know how to get along with at times."

Perri's eyebrows rose at Karina's reply. A mother figure? Perri couldn't help but bust out laughing. "You and I are two VERY different people." she commented laughing to herself.. Perri didn't even get along with her own mother, now she had a girl that knew herself to be a mother figure. "that's fucking hilarious."

Karina felt her cheeks flushing more from embarrassment. "I-it wasn't on purpose, I assure you... I-I just started playing with them one day and one thing went after another soo..." she muttered, rubbing the back of her neck a little as she felt herself become more and more awkward over the situation. She probably shouldn't have mentioned that...

Perri stopped laughing and shook her head. "No, no, I'm not making fun of you I swear. It's just... you're a mother type... and I don't even get along with my own mom. Moms and I are not compatible." she replied.

Karina shrugged. "Well, I guess that makes sense... I think." she muttered, starting to get a little more comfortable again. "And why don't you get along with your mom? Did she do something?" she realized she was probably getting too personal and stopped herself. "Er, sorry, forget I said anything."

Perri chuckled and winked at Karina. "Smart girl. I don't talk about that kinda thing, especially with people I don't know." she replied. Perri did NOT do the personal talks, not even with her own family.

Karina nodded and looked down at her lap, cheeks flushing yet again. "Right, sorry about that." She should probably learn to keep her mouth closed huh? She was only trying to be friendly, but she just ended up being annoying. Needed to stop doing that...

Perri shrugged. "Don't worry about it, curiosity is inevitable in people." she assured Karina. Perri had a very insatiable curiosity sometimes, it got her in loads of trouble in the past.

Karina looked up at Perri again, laughing a little to help calm her nerves. "Yeah, I guess you're right." she agreed with her. "So..." she started, kicking her legs a little. "Is there anything I'm allowed to ask you? Might as well try and get to know each other if we're stuck here for a while." she shrugged, wondering if Perri even wanted to talk to her, so far she'd just managed to make herself look like an idiot.
