Akio put an arm around her. It was a caring jesture, and was used so that she'd open up more to him. He saw this as a challenge, and easing her pain would solve that challenge. "I see...your parents had died. Well, I'm sure you've heard the excuse 'its not your fault' and truth be told it isn't your fault but you are responsible for it." Akio's face was blank, his words had truth behind them. "You see, every small event changes the overall destiny of one's life. The fact that you were going to be born, the idea that you might have been born...everything changes the grand scheme of things."
"I've stated already that lieing to yourself was bad, but lieing to others is worse. I'm not going to soften this up. It isn't your fault, but the very fact that you were born changed your life in such a way that your parents had died." Akio stared in her eyes. "The first stage of healing is understanding what is and is not your responsibility. The second is accepting it, and moving on. Miss Mizu, I'm going to sound heartless, but everything I do will be for your benefit I assure you. At times you'll want to hit me, punch me, yell at me and maybe even kill me. As a person who wants to be a monk, I am giving you the ability to do any of those things if it helps you heal."
Akio's face was blank. His eyes showed no lies, no fear, no worries. "Is hearing this actually helping you though? You see, it is bad to lie to yourself, but it's worse sometimes to hear the truth." Akio's arm patted her shoulder before going back to his side. "I know it's a lot to take in, but fault and responsibility are two seperate things. You probably hate me now, which is totally fine. It is not my job to be loved, only to heal."

Madoka looked back to Akio, small but noticable tears still streaking down her face. For a moment, she was shocked. It wasn't the reaction from a person she had thought she would get at all. He was being truthful, helpful. Some of the things he said had no effect on her, though. She was way to used to people judging her and telling her rude things that she laughed at them now. But right now wasn't a laughing time. Her first time opening up to someone, and it actually wasn't as painful as she would have imagined.
Madoka smiled weakly and nodded. "Thanks..." she murmured warmly.

Akio once again put an arm around her, and once again in a caring motion. He wasn't trying "to make a move" by any means. He knew that after this realization was over, people needed that helping hand. "No problem." Akio said, smiling. "It's hard to remember this, but we're all human and no matter what we do we can't change that." He kept his smile.

Madoka's smile grew a little more, her tears finally drying off. Then, without any thought as to what she was doing, ended up tackling Akio in a hug. She giggled a little, then moved back quickly afterwards.
"I- I- I'm sorry..." she told him. "I get excited..."

Akio was a bit startled by the tackle, his eyes went a bit wide and his face went blank. Then he laughed. "No worries Miss Mizu, I told you you can do anything you want that helped the process." The wind blew a little bit, but for some strange reason Akio's hat stayed in place. True, this person shouldn't be in the organization that Akio had invented, but if Akio was able to have 'real' friends this person would definately be one of them.

Madoka smiled and watched as her brown hair danced from the winds around them. The wind, free, just like her in this moment she longed would never end. She looked back to Akio. He looked as if he was in deep thought, possibly. "You okay, 'Kio?" she asked him.

"Yes of course. I haven't meditated for a couple of weeks but I'm fine." Akio smiled. He had helped this person out with what they needed, though he figured the recovery wasn't all that complete. "I don't want you to lie to yourself anymore, ok?" He smiled when he said that, it was like he was joking around with her.

Madoka laughed softly. "Sir, yes, sir." she replied. She closed her eyes, allowing the wind to breeze pass her gently. She let out a calming sigh.
"So, what made you decide to be a monk, anyway?" Madoka asked him curiously. She wanted to get to know him more.

"Well I suppose what made me want to be a monk, is that when I was a child my parents didn't want me." Akio smiled, "So, when I was a child, a monk had taken me in. He taught me ways of peace and inner enlightenment through meditation. It was because of this that I had decided to try to become a monk. Though he told me I had a gift, I'd strongly disagree." Akio kept his smile, not wanting to move the conversation to much towards himself.

"I see," Madoka said thoughtfully. "Well, that's great that someone took you in. My aunt also took me under her wing." thoughts of her Aunt Serenity made Madoka smile. "I owe her so much..." she turned her head to the sky again, once again thinking. "Was this monk specific on what sort gift you have?" she asked him, once again curious. He didn't seem to like talking about himself that much; it might take a while for her to learn more about him.

Akio kept his smile on. "He told me I had the gift to make others feel as I did. He also told me I had the gift to make others open up. He doesn't lie but I still don't believe him. Sure people open up to me but I don't think it's because of any 'gift'." Akio stared towards the sky as she did. "I don't really think anyone has a gift. Everyone's the same in that they all want to be different." Akio laughed, "It's ironic if you ask me."

Madoka took his words into consideration. "True, I never thought about it like that before. But not everyone is set on being different from others, you know. Some want to be just like another person. That makes them different from others that long to be different, if that makes any sense at all." she laughed. "I'm trying to think of something else smart to say, but I guess you beat me." she tapped her head with her finger. "I'm not exactly the brightest tool in the shed if you couldn't tell by now." she was so calm as she spoke for once. It was a side she hadn't shown before. Was this normal?

Akio had listened to the things she said. It was quite a bit of philosophy. Then, Akio smiled, "You're smart, you understood at least half the things I said. That's a new record." Akio rubbed the grass with his bare feet. The wind blew around him. He adjusted his hat and stood up. "You seem to be quite the person." Akio laughed and offered her a hand up.

Madoka smiled in return to Akio's laugh as she took his hand and stood. She quickly adjusted the two necklaces that hung around her neck. "Thanks for the compliment, but just watch. Tomorrow you might wanna run away from me. I told you before, my normal personality is quite the eqivalent of a five year old." she laughed at this. "I'm not so sure you'd consider me smart by then."

"Believe me when I say, nothing anyone could do can surprise me maturity wise." Akio smiled as he started walking off. "Thanks for the talk, I needed it." He waved as he began to vanish in the distance.
