Appearance: Kotori is a small girl at five foot one and is fairly thin. While she can tan if she's outside long enough, her skin usually stays at a lighter tone just slightly darker than pale. She has dark brown, almost black eyes and her hair is a chocolate brown that she normally has in a side pony tail that goes over her shoulder and reaches her chest. She loves to wear dresses, but prefers them on the simpler side with little to no designs along with a pair of sneakers. On colder days she will wear a jacket and tights with her dresses and replaces her sneakers for boots. She also blushes very easily if she feels embarrassed.
Personality: Kotori is a very bubbly girl, much like her Papà. She's very care free and innocent, often found day dreaming if she's by herself. She likes to see herself as independent and able to do things on her own, but no one really takes her seriously enough for that so it gets pretty annoying. She hates when people pick on her for being short, and her little tantrums from it are normally just seen as cute and only make her even MORE annoyed. Kotori's a sweet kid though, and very easy to get along with so long as you're not a total jerk.
History: Kotori's birth parents had died in a car accident when she was little, and having no other family ending up going into the system. Fortunately she didn't stay there for very long and was adopted by Donato and Egil when she was 2 years old. Because of how young she was when she was adopted, she didn't have any memories of her birth parents, or even be adopted in the first place. Also because of her young age she was when she can into the care of the two foreigners, she became somewhat trilingual, understanding and speaking a good bit of both Swedish and Italian along with the native tongue of the country. She's not completely fluent in the other two languages, but she does know enough to be able to communicate with her Papà and Papy in their respecting languages if she wants to.
When she was about seven years old she asked her dads why she didn't have a mother, and was calmly sat down and explained as simply as possible about being adopted. While a little bummed out at first, Kotori got passed it pretty easily. After all, why should she be upset when she had two daddies that she loved and loved her back? She also adores her "uncles" Keith and Satoru, along with her "aunt" Mina. She calls Gabe her big brother since the two don't have any siblings of their own and are about as close to each other as siblings would be.
