"I..." Seishiro opened his mouth and then closed it. Well, damn. That hadn't gone nearly as well as he had hoped. Not that he'd expected Kyou to completely buy the story; the Tors was innocent, not dumb. He thought about protesting, but wasn't really sure how to go about defending his story. It WAS pretty shady... "Not completely," the sparkly Tora muttered half-heartedly.

Kyou frowned and loosened his grip on Seishy's hand. "Then tell me the rest of it." He prompted, granted, he was certain there wasn't anything he could ACTUALLY do to make Seishy tell the truth. Kyou wasn't exactly threatening, at least. He could, however, pester with the ability that was only given to younger siblings. Pestering and whining were things he hadn't often needed to practice since he was a child, but he felt certain he could do it effectively.
Man were his threats childish or what?

"Believe me when I say- if I could then I would, but I can't." Seishiro sighed and briefly rubbed his forehead, a sign of deeply burried frustration. "It's not exactly in your best interests... Or mine either, really." Damn. Why did this whole situation have to be so delicate and confusing?!

Kyou seemed to grow a bit more disheartened by the half-explanation, and abandoned his pestering plan. It wasn't like Seishy would lie to him if it wasn't important... or potentially horribly embarrassing, but Seishy didn't seem like the type to get too swamped by embarrassment. He sighed and went limp against the other Tora. "I'm not going to get anything else out of you, am I?" He asked, a sad ring to his voice. He wanted to help with whatever it was that was troubling his clanmate, really he did, but unless Seishy told him he couldn't do much. He was starting to feel useless.

"'fraid not," the sparkly Tora sighed, tussling Kyou's hair playfully. "Doesn't mean I don't trust ya, it's just best not to get involved." His face, while smiling, still had a look of solemnity. It was clear something was grating on Seishiro's nerves and keeping his brain heavily occupied, but he wasn't going to talk about it, not at all.

Some of Kyou's worry was allieviated with the tussling of his hair, but it was an abysmally small amount. "It's that bad, then?" He asked, sitting up a little more. If Seishy's hand was broken, who knew what other bones hand been harmed. Torsos were big targets, so it was probably best not to lean on him like he had been doing. "That part was true, I mean. The not being able to go to the police thing..."

"It's pretty bad," Seishiro agreed, absent-mindedly resting his chin on his knees. "But nothing that can't be handled. I'm pretty sure if I ignore it for a bit it'll blow over." Maybe. Hopefully. As long as he didn't say anything about who hurt him nothing would happen, right? Although that answer didn't help his paranoia any.

Kyou's heart sank a little at Seishy. The Tora was supposed to be so much happier than this. Happy and laughing and partying away the night at the Allure, not sitting on a cold rock as the sun slipped below the horizon while he curled up and looked so... distraught? It wasn't the proper word at all, really, but it didn't change how wrong it seemed...
The photographer leaned over and hugged his sparkled-down companion. "I hope so too." What else could he say? He had nothing else to go on other than it was really bad and Seishy didn't want him to get involved...

"Yeah." Seishiro paused, trying his best to bury his negative emotions and put on a happy face. As long as he didn't act worried, no one else would have a reason to be worried either. At least, that was the mindset the Tora tried to put himself into.
"On the plus side, I get some cool accessories." Seishiro laughed, displaying his injured hand. Positive, now was the time to stay positive.

Kyou tried his best to smile at Seishy's joke. The fact that he seemed to be returning to his usual self was helpful, but it wasn't as if he could just STOP thinking about who must have made Seishy so scared that he couldn't even tell the police. Still, if Seishy was putting on a brave face, so could he. After all, it wasn't him that was in any danger, now was it?
By this point the sun had finished its decent and the moon was pulling its way up and through the sky. "Careful, within a week everyone'll want one." He teased lightly back.

"I am a notorious trend-setter," the Tora replied with an amused laugh. This was, however, followed by another pause. It wasn't the threats from a few nights ago that were on his mind now, but it wasn't entirely unrelated to said events.
Seishiro had told his assailant that he had a thing for Kyou... Funny timing, seeing as he had only realized it when it had been, quite literally, forced out of him. Now that it had been said, of course, that left the Tora to mull over those thoughts as well. It was strange of him to spend so much time thinking about such things. Normally if he liked and/or wanted something, he'd just go for it. If it didn't work out, he'd shrug and go on his way.
However, this time he seemed to care a bit more. He didn't want to have to turn and walk the other way at all, really. So in that way, Seishiro was really determined to get everything completely figured out before he tried something... or at have something foolproof. It was a puzzling situation, to say the least, as well as completely new to him.

Kyou returned his gaze to the ocean as Seishy thought, at least there had been a joke or two, but Kyou wasn't about to push his luck. If Seishy wanted to think, then he could go right ahead. The photographer was just glad to be so close for the moment, especially since it was colder now that night had officially fallen. Even with his jacket and scarf he was cold, but that was probably because he was built for summer, not winter...

Ah, silence once again. Honestly, why was there nothing to say? Seishiro was the guy who always had something to say! He was suppossed to be a chatterbox, not a quiet mope with his head surrounded by storm clouds. That was it, he'd stay positive. No more dark thoughts, at least not for now.
"Annnd silence." Or maybe not. The Tora's jokes really seemed to be lacking lately.

Kyou smile stuck around. "I thought you were thinking..." He replied, "I didn't want to disturb you..." And maybe he liked the quiet, out here near the ocean with the second most dear person to him by his side. Ayumu always kept spot number one, but Seishy was a close second. He just hoped that he didn't let anything slip and screw this all up, even if he wanted more... this was a nice substitute.

"I was, but sometimes I'd rather not be." There was finally a genuine smile, almost his gaze was still distant. "People like me aren't really made for things like that. We're meant to leave our heads empty. Thinking hurts." He pouted playfully, rubbing his forehead as if to prove his point.
