Xion smirked "Wondered when you were gonna come over" she said to Eva "Took you long enough ... sorry did you think I was gonna do more damage to you precious boss then Aiden cos I think you mixed up your logic Hun" she curled her hand up into a fist
"Bring it on lap dog" She chuckled a slight glint in her eye ... this was gonna be fun for her.She hadn't had a good challenge since Xavier went away ...
She could feel somthing running down her neck and she raised her hand to it ... blood. It wasn't a large amount but it was big enough to make her feel dizzy. She had to ignore it though ... no matter how hard it is she wouldn't back down ...

"Jack!" called Kage, hopefully gaining his ally's attention. If the younger King Brother would acknowledge him, the giant would lend him one of the big revolvers... assuming Jack could handle the kickback. Aiden currently looked about ready to fall apart, as if one good hit by Hotaru would do the trick. It was the end of the boss fight, and the enormous Ookami had certainly Turned Red... --- Jeremiah caught the gold coin and brought it up to his lips, cleaning the trusty disc of metal and wiping it on his rapidly soaking jacket to dry it before stowing it in his pocket. The assassin had been stalled, and now was Blondie's chance to get in a good blow. Almost absentmindedly, the boyish Ookami turned toward a form he recognized as Tekka, as well as a little clanmate that he didn't know. Jeremiah knelt beside Kyle's girlfriend and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Need a little help here, Mrs. Jernus?" he asked, noting the struggling of the other girl. She seemed to be going insane, from the looks of it, and Jeremiah couldn't have Tekka getting hurt.

Hotaru kept a calm expression, though her eyes were smothered in rage and determination as she quickly dodged Aiden, making it look like a messy version of a ballet spin unknowingly. She got ready to aim her gun at him when she realized that a gun wouldn't really suit this situation. Aiden was already taken down enough, and it would just be too easy for her to shoot him and be done with him, which wasn't how she wanted it to go.
Tossing the weapon she hardly even used to the side, she got her left, and uninjured arm, ready and shoved her fist into Aiden's stomach. She hadn't gotten a real fight yet compared to most the other people on the roof with her and she wanted to make this count. She wished she could get Jack and Kage out of the fight and leave this all to her, but she wasn't so sure it they would or not. Either way, this was her fight more than it was anyone else's(at least in her own mind it was) and she didn't want anymore help as it was. Plus, she didn't want to see Jack or any of her other friends hurt.
Eva saw how dizzy Xion was getting, frowning mentally. She didn't feel sorry for the girl, she was just sad that this wouldn't be as good of a fight as she expected. The blond easily avoided her attacks and went to knock her legs out from under the girl.
Madoka, who was still struggling from Tekka's hold, looked over at the new arrival for a moment, but went back to struggling a moment later. The angrier she got, she stronger she seemed to be getting. The brunette decided she didn't like this new guy right off the bat just because he seemed to be on the other side and not hers. "Get the fuck offa me!!" she started screaming at Tekka, beginning to choke on water from the rain a short moment later. She started coughing terribly, with her screaming so much, plus the rain flooding into her mouth constantly if she wouldn't calm down anytime soon the little Ookami could drown. Not that she would notice, her mind seemed to have slipped away a long time ago.

Tekka was thrown off of Madoka as Jeremiah came into view. "Jer!" She exclaimed, drowned out by the first successful bullet of Jacks. She glowered. "I ain't married bub, don't say I am when I ain't." Of course, this ate up valuable time she could have been using to restrain and/or survive the mini-brawl with Madoka.
Aiden Barely managed to get out of the way, with only one good limb his range was limited, and he swung out at Hotaru, still not noticing how close the edge of the building was looming. He kept dodging and swinging out with his less-injured arm, the swings getting less and less powerful as they went on. He was dizzy, and there was a large trail of red anywhere he stepped and it all hurt so much. Of course, his left arm was shattered and his leg was the only thing that could move. He was slowing down, more and more of the ex-gang leader's hits successfully landing. And everything was spinning and blurring at the edges. Aiden hoped he didn't need glasses, it wouldn't be very helpful in a fight.
The giant managed to catch a few more blows and rammed his shoulder towards Hotaru, keeping a hold on her fist (or whatever it was he had caught) to make sure she couldn't move. Absently he wondered if he'd slip on his blood soon, it would probably be a bad sign if he did.

Jeremiah looked indignant at first; why was she reacting so badly to a joke? Then it dawned on the Ookami that it was hardly relevant, and he needed to relay that to his tiny friend ASAP.
"Hey, no worries, I was only kidding," the deceivingly young-looking man hurried along. "I'll remember to keep those jokes to a none in the future, but it looks like this little lady's got some calming down to do." Without any more talk, Jeremiah took hold of the smaller Ookami's arms and held them to her sides as firmly as he could. He then muscled her into a sideways position, so that she wouldn't choke on any more water. "Tekka, you should go get those knives... especially that really nice one of yours. You wouldn't want to lose it, I assume." Whoever this other girl was, she might have had a pretty even match in Tekka, but against a twenty-six-year-old who'd been living on the streets for most of his life, there wasn't much of a contest.

Hotaru was forced to take a few steps back when Aiden rammed into her, being careful so that she wouldn't fall off the edge of the school anytime soon. The Ookami's blood was everywhere, even splattered on the ex gang leader here and there. She went to punch him again, only cursing herself when he had caught her fist in the end. Seeing as though she couldn't move that arm too much, the only thing she saw she could do at the time was to sweep down and knock his legs out from under him. The only down side to this was the fact that the angle she would probably end up breaking her wrist from making her arm stretch oddly to help her go down far enough to knock his legs out. Oh well, it was just a sacrifice she'd have to make.
Madoka almost jumped up and took the oportunity when Tekka had let go of her, only to be caught once again by the stranger. Screaming a good bit longer, the little Ookami started kicking her legs wildly, as if hoping she'd be able to knock one of them over or something. There was another set of bad coughs, and her screaming fit started again, only it wasn't as loud, and her voice was getting scratchy. Her throat was killing her at this point, obviously losing her voice. This just wasn't fair! Everyone was getting taken away from her!
"They're all gone." she muttered, hardly being able to talk at this point, especially through fresh tears. "Everyone's gone," she started repeating, looking more like an empty shell than anything else.

Tekka simply stared at Madoka, finding it difficult to look away no matter how much she wanted to. It really wasn't fair, she thought, to have Madoka have to watch all this and not be able to help those she cared about. After all, Tekka was fighting for the same reason. The thought made her feel sick, and she snatched up the knives, tucking her own into her pocket and keeping a good grip on the others. She desperately wanted to let the girl go, Aiden wasn't going to win, that was obvious by this point. What was the harm in letting one girl go? "L... Let her go Jer..." Tekka managed, voice weak, she didn't really believe she was doing what she was actually doing. "Please let her go." She couldn't watch Madoka like this, there was just something desperately WRONG about it.
Jack holstered the useless gun and glanced around to find Kage. Hadn't the Tora called his name? His nerves and mind were both on overdrive by this point, and he doubted much of anything would have taken him off-guard.
Aiden could hear Hotaru's wrist snapping as he fell and his head slammed against the concrete rooftop, doubling his vision. He rolled to his feet, clothes now completely soaked by both the rain and his blood. His legs were weakening and he couldn't keep fighting for much longer. The giant'd be damned if he didn't try though. He sent out his bad leg in a kick, regretting it almost instantly as the pain intensified by a hundredfold. Still, the limb seemed to obey his command and continued on its course.

A combination of slipping on blood and Aiden's kick were enough to throw Hotaru off her feet and slamming onto the ground. A heavy mixture of Aiden's blood and her own(from her scars opening) soaked into her clothes and onto her skin as she hurried to get back to her feet. She started regretting throwing the gun to the side as she tried dodging his attack again. With one wrist broken, she got her other fist and tried for a good upper-cut on Aiden to bring him a few steps back. She really needed that gun now, dammit!
Madoka couldn't hear Tekka tell the guy to let her go. She couldn't tell you what was going on in general. Her blue eyes seemed hallow and she had stopped moving. She wasn't dead, just not all there. There was no more struggling, no more words, just... nothing. Aqua Spirit seemed to hover over her with a sad look, beginning to fade away herself. The poor child really was losing everything...

YES! rejoiced Kage mentally. Jack had heard him, and now the connection could be made. Using the slick surface of the roof to propel himself, the giant skated toward Tekka's brother and held out the unused gun. "Looks like ya need a fresh iron," offered the huge Tora. "It's what pals are for, right?" --- Jeremiah looked from Tekka to the other girl, and back to Tekka again. He would have protested, except... except it seemed important to Kyle's girlfriend, which meant that Kyle would have done what she had asked. In light of that, the boyish Ookami felt that old sense of duty toward his brother of affinity and released the girl who just ceased her struggle against him. "Is she... still alive?" he wondered, backing up to stand beside Tekka. The Ookami girl still kinda looked it, but the blank eyes positively begged to differ, and Jeremiah hoped he hadn't done something to kill her.

"Madoka!" she shouted ... she wanted to go help but she couldn't leave the fight. She had to do it as she could get hurt by her later. The rain was easing away the blood which made it a little more bearable before she jumped over the attackers legs and punched her in the gut "Your awfully predictable ... you used that move last time"

((OOC: ...Which reminds me that we need to continue the arena's thread... ^^"))
Aiden was forced back towards the corner of the roof, limping severely and now completely unable to use his arms save for a small motion here or there he was forced to keep dodging. He half hoped through the fog of pain and blood loss that one of the ones with the guns would be kind enough to end it all. It'd be nice to sleep without nightmares for once. Who knew? Maybe he'd wind up falling off the building and cracking his head open. Wouldn't that be a sucky way to end it?
Jack smiled but shook his head and gestured to Hotaru. "Right now she needs it more than me." And there was another reason too. "Besides that, I can't kill my brother." Despite everything, all the preparation and thinking on what a relief it would be to have him stop looming over their shoulders, Jack simply couldn't bring himself to fire a gun with the intent of killing the person who had essentially raised him.
Tekka, on the other hand, was facing a completely different problem. The Tora was only now taking notice of the flitting of a duel monster spirit around Madoka, becoming fainter and fainter. That couldn't possibly be good. "Not dead, but I don't really think she's all that alive either." She said, not really answering anything. "Don't look at me crazy right now, but it might look like I'm talking to nothing..."
She turned back to the spirit and started talking. "Hey there-" Whichever monster it was looked to be wearing a dress of some sort. "Ma'am, do you know what's happening to Madoka?" She wasn't sure if she'd get an answer or not. Sometimes spirits were picky about who they talked to or didn't talk at all.

Aqua Spirit turned to Tekka, a little surprised that the girl could actually see her. "You try having everyone you love disappear before your very eyes." she replied sadly. "Madoka's been forced to watch everyone she's ever depend on vanish from her life at some point or another. She couldn't handle one more." The duel spirit became more and more transparent as she added one last comment. "She won't be the same when she wakes, but please try being there for her..." With that, she vanished completely, leaving the unconscious Mizu in the other's care. ~~~ Eva dodged Xion's attack and circled around her. "What's your fucking problem?!" she asked before aiming a kick into Xion's back. "Aiden's an asshole, why're you on his side!?" ~~~ Hotaru saw how weak Aiden was getting, deciding to hurry things up a little more. She rammed into his chest with about as much strength as she could muster. Right about then the thought she had been trying to push out of her mind finally slithered its way back in her mind. She didn't want to kill Aiden, so what was she gonna do? The only thing keeping her from actually taking gun and putting a bullet through the giant Ookami's head was Jack. Aiden may have been out to kill her at all cost, but she had enough heart to consider Jack's side of the whole thing. How was she going to do this? She didn't want to go through the thoughts of being a murderer all over again. The ex gang leader tried wrapping her head around this problem, distracting her from the fight and everything that was going on at the moment.

Kage smiled at Jack and replaced the pistol. He spun the other on his finger and aimed it at Aiden's head, his trajectory quite resolute. "I admire that, Jack," the giant said as he turned to actually look at where he was aiming. "The bastard gave you hell; tried to kill you and your girlfriend several times over... Probably wouldn't even show remorse at killing his own sister, but you're right. He's family, and in this crazy world, sometimes that's all that matters." The hammer was flicked back next. "However, he's not my brother, and any living being that lays a malevolent hand on Tekka, or anyone she cares about, can't be allowed to continue their actions. May he have peace in the clearing at the end of his path." The bullet was fired. --- The silvery light of the moon reflected off of the flying alabaster hair of Locke as she sailed toward Aiden, her foot extended. The big guy her best opponent was fighting had just aimed a bullet of the Ookami's brain-case, and the albino would be a right fool to let Aiden die at the hands of a Gunslinger. Locke slammed into her ally with enough force to send him out of the bullet's path, causing the projectile to bounce (not quite) harmlessly off of her arm. --- Jeremiah thought... no, knew he was going nuts. Tekka had told him not to look at her as if she was crazy, but the Ookami had not expected to see some sort of ghost flicker in and out. What was worse was that he could hear it speak. When the spirit faded, Jeremiah turned to Tekka and placed a hand on her shoulder again. "Tekka..." he began, his voice shaking. "Am I going insane?" He looked down at the other girl; Madoka, the spirit had called her, and picked her up. "She wasn't a bad kid, was she? A little nutters, but not a bad kid..." Jeremiah honestly, for once in his life, didn't quite have a plan or answer for any of this. After all, he had just watched someone die inside. "Um... what do we do with her...?" he asked.

This was going to fast ... she skidded forward before turning round and kicking Eva in the stomach "Because maybe you were right" she muttered before running over to Madoka just on time to catch Aqua Spirit "Seriously ... am I going mad?" she muttered before shaking the girl "Madoka?Madoka? Can you hear me?" she asked frantic.Madoka was a sweet kid ... she didn't want to lose her.
She saw she was in safe hands before turning round to face Eva "You traitor" she muttered "You ever think he may have trusted you?" she asked as the girl in the trench coat showed up "I saw you earlier ... about time you showed up" she smirked

Aiden's feeling of impending doom loomed closer and his feet had run out of roof to back up on. He was wobbling on his feet and fit to collapse. He was pretty sure he had when he felt a blow to his side and the rush of air. But it was a little too much to just be collapsing. And everyone was moving away. Were they leaving him alone? Why wasn't the wind stopping? He couldn't think, was he falling or flying? He hoped he was flying, he had always wanted to try it. There was a distant call, he wasn't sure if it was real or not, and suddenly a flash of pain. Then darkness.
Tekka looked at Madoka sadly. "We'll take her to the hospital." She decided. "And I'll stick around until she wakes up, the only prob-" She was then interrupted by two things. A massive gunshot, like an explosion in a mineshaft, reached her ears, and Xion rushed up to inspect her clan mate. Tekka was honestly more interested in the gunshot, whirling around to see her eldest brother kicked off the roof by a familiar-looking albino Tora. She stood stock still for a moment before running forwards, trying to figure out what exactly she had missed.
Jack, however knew exactly what had transpired and rushed forward, almost completely ignoring Tekka on the way. Kage would have to fill her in, the pianist needed to see what had happened. His brother couldn't have just died, but wouldn't be such a relief? He banished that part of his mind, refusing to think like that. He didn't want Aiden dead. The fact that a new player had entered the twisted sort of game barely registered as he checked on both Hotaru and Aiden.
"We'll need an ambulance." He couldn't help but say as he looked over Hotaru and then over the side of the building at his brother. He was about three seconds from vaulting over the roof's edge to get to him.
