Tekka was bored. The kind of bored one gets from having too much energy and no way to get it out other than chores (and really, who in their right mind would do CHORES?) and thus they pretended to do stuff in order to avoid the work. Like how the little blond Tora had decided to look all around town for a few willing duelists.
The grocery store (being free sample day and all) had been her first stop. The little thief was shuffling her deck absentmindedly as she wandered up and down the aisles.

The young brown haired boy, looked through his cards. Smiling at all the zombies, he had in his deck. He pulled out his favorite one, Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon. It was mix of a dragon and zombie. But mainly a zombie, he shuffled his deck and put it in his card holder. Now to go find some poor sap, to use his zombies on. That's when he noticed a blonde haired girl, and he smile. Perfect, he walked up to her. "You wouldn't be looking for a duel would you?" he asked, a smile on his face.

Tekka ginned as a promising-looking brown-haired Kuma walked her way, he also had a deck and a duel-disk. "Well these aren't Tarot cards." She remarked jokingly, placing the deck in its slot. "So are you just gonna stand there, or are we gonna have ourselves a duel?" She smirked. He couldn't be too much older than she was, so that meant the dueling experience was probably about equal. This would certainly be fun.

Michael smiled, as he took his deck out of it's holder. And placed it in his duel disk, he smirked. "Ladies first." he said, waiting for her to make the first move. Oh boy was this gonna be fun, or easy. He still didn't know, what type of cards, his opponent was using. But hey it's still gonna be fun, as Michael makes the dead walk again.

Tekka grinned, "You're too kind." She drew her first six cards and looked them over. "Alright, I'll summon on out my Man-Eating Treasure Chest in attack mode and place two cards face-down." She looked up at her opponent as the purple chest slobbered pearls all over the floor. "Your move... uh..." She blinked her blue eyes. "What's your name anyway? I'm Tekka." She introduced herself and waited for her opponent to make his move.

Michael looked at her card and smiled, "My names Michael." he said, as looked at his hand. "I'll set on monster face down, in defense." he said, placing the card on the duel disk. "I'll then place two cards in my spell and trap zone. Your move" he said.

She drew. "Alright then Mike," She began, "I'll put one monster in defense mode and have my Treasure Chest attack your monster!" A brown-backed hologram appeared before the Chest lunged.

A familiar voice caught Kage's ear as he ambled down the dairy section of the grocery store. One of his clients had specifically requested at least four gallons of milk, and the giant Tora could understand why. That poor woman had two teenage boys, both apparently healthy eaters, and it seemed as though she couldn't keep the fridge well-stocked to save her own life. Deciding to turn away from his job for the moment, the wanderer walked the ends of the aisles until he was staring at a Duel between none other than his beloved and... some Kuma guy. His protective instincts fought his knowledge that in a Duel, Tekka could easily hold her own. The mixture of emotion managed to push Kage forward a bit.
"Dueling in the cereal aisle?" he asked with a grin. "Don't you know that the soda aisle's where everyone's Dueling, nowadays?"

Michael smiled, "Hey thanks, because just destroyed my Pyramid Turtle. And thanks to it's effect, I can summon a Zombie monster from deck, with an defense of 2000 or less." he said, as he placed Pyramid Turtle in the graveyard. "And I chose." Michael pulled from his deck the card he wanted. "Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon!" the card took shape on field, and Michael smirked.
Before looking at the new person who showed up. "Nice to meet you." he said, smiling.

Tekka spun to see her boyfriend standing to the side, she smiled wide despite the large dragon staring her down. "Kage! Heya!" He gave him a wave. "Hope ya don't mind if I focus on the duel..." She gave a guilty grin before turning back to the duel. "Looks like I'll be ending my turn then." She said with a shrug.

Michael smiled as he drew his next card. "You know, this is gonna be fun. Because." Michael rose his hand up. "I active one of my face down cards, Ribbion of Rebirth. It's an equipped card, and I use on my Red-Eyes. So if he's destroyed, he'll come right back to my field." Michael said, with a roll of his golden eyes. He then actived the card he just drew, "I active the card I drew, Terraforming. Allowing me take a field spell from my deck and put it in my hand."

Tekka winced. A seven star monster with high attack strength that was reborn over again was bad. Very bad. Not to mention, she had a feeling about what field spell he was about to pull out, and coupled with the zombified Red-Eyes' effect it wasn't looking very good for her. Still, her deck had never really let her down against a rival clan member and she had faith in it now.

Kage nodded, noting the enormous, zombified dragon on the opponent's side of the field.
"Just so you know that I'm rootin' for ya, honey," he assured his girlfriend, returning the grin as a warm smile. He waved at the Kuma stranger in a friendly enough way. Until he saw a little moreof this guy's nature, he couldn't get too chummy. There was at least the fact that he seemed to be pretty good Duelist.

Michael laughed, "Get ready for Zombies, to walk the world. Because I active the field spell Zombie World!" Michael said, as he set the card into his field spell zone. Soon the area around them became dead and dry. Creepy looking all around, now all he need was field barrier. "Now to make, I summon Marionette Mite. In attack mode, but then I send it to the graveyard. Thanks to it's effect, I can take control of your Chest until then end of turn." Michael said, smiling again. Boy was this becoming easy.

Tekka waited, face impassive as her monster appeared on the other side of the field. "I'll activate my first face down," The trap flew up, revealing a churning mass of thunderbolts. "Raigeki Break, so by discarding one card from my hand to the graveyard I can destroy one card on your side of the field." The bolts of lightning churned out towards the field around them as she discarded her card. "No more Zombie World for you." She said with a grin.
