Tyson raised an eyebrow. What an odd person. Here she was, telling him that it was weird that he lived without many random moments. Of course, this was all while she was spinning up and down a pole meant for strippers. Go figure. At least she wasn't hitting on him so it was easy to tell she wasn't in this for money. "Living is actually pretty easy, you know, breathe in, breathe out, the usual."

Cross rolled her eyes and twirled to where she was sitting around the pole. "Yo, barekeep! Lemme have a Coke." she called to the man.
"Haha... very funny." she said rolling her eyes again. "So what are you doing in a place like this? Talking to me like a stipper on drugs?" she chuckled at the last part. "And I'm not a stripper... or on drugs." She growled, taking the Coke that the bartender had brought her and took a large drink.

"Me? I'm here only because I wanted to see what music was played around here. Unfortunately, the only describing word I can muster is lackluster, as the music here is not only boring to dance to, but incredibly droll to listen to. I'm slightly confused as to how with current management they continue to remain in business."
As soon as she said her last line, clever grin appeared on his face. Checkmate. "Well maybe if you didn't act the part you wouldn't get treated accordingly..."

Cross' eyes widened as she nearly spit the drink out of her nose with shock to the boy's statement. Her jaw dropped as she sank down and sat on the bar, she then started laughing. "You did not just say that?" She gasped laughing.

Tyson was thankful the girl appeared amused at his statement instead of taking it the wrong way. His intentions were never to offend her, but only to provide adequate entertainment for the both of them. It wasn't difficult for him to figure out that she was bored and could use a bold comment here and there to add spice and flavor to her day.
"Gotcha." Tyson smiled, and started laughing as well with her, actually walking up and sitting alongside her. Fortunately for him, her reaction in this case provided him ample entertainment as well.

Cross calmed her laughing a bit and looked over at the guy. "You're good." She said with a last laugh. She glanced at the pole. "And you are right... pole dancing is sooooo not my strong suit." She chuckled and shrugged. "So does the witty guy have a name?" She asked with a grin.

"Perhaps," His grin was sly, pausing before he finished "But only if he obtains a name in return..."
Tyson chuckled lightly before looking back over to her, raising an eyebrow in curiosity. "And yourself?"

Cross found this guy to be highly interesting. She raised her head proudly. "Name's Cross." She answered. "Now, what's your's?" She asked swishing her legs back and forth against the bar.

A last name perhaps? It seemed the girl in question wasn't exactly known for giving her full name, shame. He wasn't too worried, he was almost certain she would tell him eventually.
"Hikari." He started, a small grin sprawling over his lips. "Tyson Hikari."

Cross nodded with a small smile. "So, you think this music sucks right? How about you join me in changing it? That poor guy up there is scared to death of me anyways." She chuckled darkly. "Besides, poles loose their appeal and doing something crazy and occasionally illegal is very, very exciting." she grinned and winked at him, hopping off the bar. She stood there and waited with a smile playing on her lips.

"Depends on the way you plan on changing it. If it's something that could land me in Federal Prison, I find it a much better idea to stay away. Far, far, away." Tyson eyed her slyly before he motioned for her to go ahead.
"I'll follow. If we get in a jam, I'll just say that the music was disturbing the peace...or I'll blame you, whichever is more effective at the given time."

Cross grinned, happy with his response. She chuckled. "Well last time when I did this with Phoenix, we just got chased by the cops, never caught, but this time should be much easier." She smiled and led the way to the booth. "Be glad you weren't here last time." She chuckled in remembrance. "You would have been caught most likely. Let's hope you don't get us in trouble." she eyed him teasingly as she opened the door and held it for him. "After you." She said smiling.

So this wasn't the first time she had managed to land herself in comic mischef. For some reason, Tyson found her perhaps more dangerous than her entertainment was worth. As he raised an eyebrow in her direction, he noticed that she was waiting for his first move. He started to walk through the door, then held it open for her instead.
"Ladies first. Besides, the first one in is the last one out, and remember, you don't have to run faster than the bear, you just have to run faster than your friend.
A sly smile emerged upon his lips, as he looked back at her. He sure did know his stuff.

Cross chuckled and shrugged as she ducked under his arm and started up the stairs to the secluded booth. "Well I'm glad to have found someone just as sarcastic and witty as me." she said quietly as she winked at him. She reached the top of the stairs and cracked open the door. "Ready?" She asked Tyson.

"Almost, it'd be nice to know the plan first though..." Tyson said, raising an eyebrow, "Sorry, but improvising with the law is like drinking and driving, don't do it, your first mistake may be your last."
