Jamie just laughed a little more. "'S th' most fun way TO tackle someone, Kaji~!" He sang before taking the clothes from Sky. He gave the pile a once over before nodding in agreement. Not like it was HARD to look better than the Hawaiian shirt he wore. "Nice picks." He approved, picking himself up and offering a hand to help Kaji to his feet. This left the pile of clothes balanced in one arm, but so long as nothing crashed into him from behind he wouldn't drop them.

Kaji completely ignored the hand offered to him and pushed himself up off the ground with a short, melodramatic sigh. "You are absolutely ridiculous," the Ookami grunted with a twinge of feigned irritation. He was honestly still too flustered with his previously chaotic emotions to even process being truly irritated with the Irishman.

"Why thankya." Jamie said cheerfully, ridiculous wasn't necessarily a bad thing. It was much better than being dull. "I'll just leave you two to get acquainted, yeah?" He said, making his escape to the dressing room. With any luck at all, the place wouldn't burst into flames when the two bright-haired young adults began to talk.

Sky stood patiently while Kaji and Jamie finished the short exchange of words. When Jamie left for the dressing room she looked back over at the other redhead. She tilted her head again and glanced up at his hair curiously before meeting his eyes. "Soooo, what's Gingers Anonymous...?" And there she'd done it, sounding like a complete moron without even realizing it. Again. It wasn't her fault, she just wanted to make conversation...

Kaji's face was completely blank. Was this girl serious? He really hoped she was kidding but by the looks of it she wasn't. How... innocent. "Um...it doesn't really exist, Jamie was just being a moron." No sarcasm or cynicism there. The redhead had a feeling that any attempt at doing so would fly right over Sky's head.

The Tora paused for a moment, cheeks turning just a shade lighter than her hair as she realized she'd just asked another stupid question. "O-of course! I knew that~!" she said quickly while laughing at herself a little. Jeez, she always did that! Why?!
She took a small breath to get herself together before she made another attempt at conversation(hopefully a better one at that). "What brings you to this particular store then?" she tried. There, that didn't sound too dumb, it was an honest question after all.

"Nothing particularly interesting," the redhead answered with a shrug. "Just getting a birthday present for my cousin." Kaji ran his hand through his hair with a sheepish expression. "Although to be honest I haven't seen her in awhile... I'm not exactly sure what she likes anymore." Yuna's style tended to be frilly and childish, but she was a little fashionista and her preferences changed with any of the current trends. Plus, she also a professional now, or at least working her way up there. Kaji wasn't sure if she'd still want stuff like this.

Sky's usual happy grin slowly came back to the surface as she spoke. "I could help if ya want!" she offered. Daddy sent her money all the time to 'apologize' for not seeing her, so she tended to go shopping quite a lot, she knew these parts like the back of her hand! "Do you know if she's more into jewelry, hats, scarves, shoes? Maybe just some clothes?" she asked. "Is she girly or tomboy or Scene or-?" she cut herself off right there, she was getting way too ahead of herself here.
The pinkette sighed and scratched her cheek. "Er, sorry... I like to shop if you couldn't tell..."

The Ookami's clearly bewildered expession showed just how overwhelmed he was with Sky's bombardment of words. "She's definitely the girly type," he managed to reply. That much would never change. "Lots of flowy stuff, and bows." Kaji made a bow-shape over his head with his fingers. "Like hair ribbons." He paused uncertainly. "At least that's how it was the last time we saw each other."
Kaji was certainly being more social than he was a few moments ago. He didn't know why, but the redhead had always found it easier to talk to girls than guys. Maybe it was because he wasn't really "interested" in them, so to speak. Or maybe he was just weird. Or both.
Yeah, probably both.

Sky giggled. "Bows it is~!" she said, taking his hand and tugging him over to where the biggest variety of ribbons and bows where located in this particular store. "If we don't find a good one here we can always go check out some other stores later." she told him, beginning to go through the different ones as she continued talking to him. "What color's her hair? And eyes too I guess." She was gonna try and keep the questions down to a bare minimum so not to get too annoying like she knew she could be. She just wanted to help, after all, not drive him off.

"Er... her hair is brownish-blonde... And her eyes are blue, kinda like mine." It was the only things that was the same about Yuna and himself. Everything else- their personalities, their social skills- was completely opposite. After another pause Kaji added a quiet "thanks." Maybe he could get out of here quickly after all.

Sky nodded. "So like a light brown kinda, alrighty then." she said while looking at all the different ribbons. She smiled at Kaji when she heard his thank you. "No problem, what're friends for?" Well, she didn't really know if they were really friends yet, but they were being nice to each other, so didn't that count?
"If she's girly, then maybe ones like these?" she picked a couple of ribbons in different bright sorta colors. Pinks, purples, the occasional teal, some just solid color and some with designs such as polka-dots or stripes. "Do any of these look like something she'd like...?" She was a bit nervous, she wasn't use to picking out stuff for someone she'd never met and she didn't know if Kaji would approve of any of these or not.

Kaji looked over Sky's selection of ribbons. They were all good picks honestly, but the redhead was still uncertain. While he was vain (and somewhat appearance-obsessed), Kaji wasn't exactly girly, so he wasn't an expert in these sorts of things. "That one is nice," the Ookami stated after a moment of hesitation, pointing to a plaid bow in various shades of faded pink. "And this too..." He held up a thick teal ribbon with a blank look on his face. They were pretty but not flashy, just like Yuna was. Kaji looked up a Sky for advice. "Um, what do you think?"

Sky's face beamed a little more at his choices. "They're both cute, I say you get her both!" she encouraged as she went to put up the other ribbons. 'Maybe next time, lil' fellas' she thought to herself with a giggle. She did however keep a simple white ribbon to get for herself. White was her favorite color, it was simple and pure.
"Is there anything else you'd think she'd like?" she asked Kaji, holding the white ribbon in the same hand that she had the purple swimsuit in.

"Mm..." Kaji thought for a moment. Money was still a little tight right now, but just two ribbons was kind of a lame present. Thankfully he could probably accomplish something worthwhile with his art, just as long as he pushed his school projects back a bit. Yuna always loved her cousin's art, though Kaji could never understand why. To him it was mediocre at best (and only Yuna had really ever said otherwise). But as long as it would make her happy.
"I'll probably draw her something to go with them. But thanks for your help."
